Kirsten Carriol's first job in beauty wasn't launching her own brand, Lano, but rather, a long career career in beauty PR. But after realizing she didn't like a lot of the messaging of the beauty industry, she decided to turn to her roots and develop a natural lanolin range. She started with one product for the lips and grew from there.
Now, Lano has products for lips, face, and body. And Kirsten isn't stopping there—the brand is only expanding with each new launch.
