These scrumptious treats are the perfect mix of delicious cookies, cakes, or wafers, coupled with our favorite ice cream flavors. Are you drooling yet? Smooth hazelnut spread, creamy ice cream and a crunchy outside...does it get any better? This italian inspired ice cream sandwich is heaven on earth and super simple! 

What You’ll Need:

DeLallo Vanilla Pizzelles (put on website)

Chocolate hazelnut spread

Vanilla Ice Cream

Chopped hazelnut

Whip it up! 

1. Let ice cream soften and gently scoop onto one pizzelle

2. On another pizzelle smooth out a thick layer of the chocolate hazelnut spread

3. Smoosh both pizzelle's together to make a sandwich roll the sides in hazelnuts

What You'll Need:

Pillsbury Melts S’more Sensation (Includes Chocolate Sauce)

Vanilla Ice cream

Whip it up:

1. Bake cookies following package directions

2. Place ball of ice cream on one cookie and place a second cookie on top, creating a sandwich Drizzle chocolate sauce over your creation

Waffles and ice cream are a match made in heaven! If you try this recipe you might even be able to sneak it into your Saturday morning brunch. Do you love chocolate on chocolate dipped in chocolate? Then this bad boy is made for you. Get ready to enjoy the most delicious and rich ice cream sandwich ever.

What You'll Need:

½ box of frozen mini chocolate waffles, defrosted

1 pint coffee ice cream, softened

⅓ cup freeze dried raspberries, crushed 

½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil 

Whip it up!

1. Make sure you have a helper for this one because you need to be quick!

2. Crush freeze-dried raspberries into a bowl and set aside.

3. Toast waffles to your preferred crispness.

4. Scoop ice cream on to one waffle and top with another waffle.

5. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and place in the microwave for 20 seconds on medium heat.

6. Be careful, it will be hot!

7. Stir up the coconut oil and melted chocolate so they combine and melt entirely.

8. Dip desired amount of waffle in the melted chocolate (halfway in or dunk it all).

9. Roll the ice cream sandwich in the crushed berries Indulge.

Last but not least, this ice cream sandwich will bring out the child in you! This is a family favorite -- crunchy, sweet and delicious. It is finger lickin’ good! You can get the whole family involved when creating this tasty treat.

What You'll Need:

3 tablespoons butter

1 package (10 ounces) mini marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups Lucky Charms Cereal

1 pint french vanilla ice cream

Whip It Up!

1. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick baking spray.

2. Heat up marshmallows, butter, vanilla and salt in a pot and set over medium heat.

3. Cook down until the ingredients melt, stirring continuously with a heatproof spatula.

4. Once melted down, remove the pot from heat and add the cereal.

5. Make sure to stir until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture until thick and difficult to stir.

6. Scoop Lucky Charm mixture onto the already prepared baking sheet and press down, flattening as much as possible to create an even layer of the mix on the baking sheet.

7. Set and cool for 5 minutes and proceed to cut circular shapes with cookie cutter.

8. Put ice cream in between two cereal "cookies”.

9. Time to chow!
