Ah, if only there was a buttery stick that was already smooth enough for us to go straight into baking. Oh wait–there is, and it's from Country Crock®! The new Country Crock® Buttery Sticks will make your baking days so much easier and faster!
Why it's a game-changer: You never have to wait for your butter to melt again. Seriously, these can take you straight from fridge to cookies in no time at all! Their soft and creamy texture mixes easily right out of the refrigerator making it great for spreading and cooking. Go ahead and replace it with butter for your favorite recipes!

1 cup (2 Sticks) Country Crock® Buttery Sticks
1 to 2 cups of your choice of mix-ins
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
(makes approximately 4 dozen cookies)
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix Country Crock® Buttery Sticks, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, egg, egg yolk and vanilla in large bowl until well mixed. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda until blended. Add mix-ins (such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, dried fruit, etc) into the dough to Make it Yours™ until every spoonful of dough has some of the mix-ins. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls of un-greased baking sheets 3-inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool 1 minute on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
