First Look: ColourPop's Exclusive Sephora Palette

I'm in a Cali state of mind.

When the news broke earlier this fall that indie favorite ColourPop was headed to Sephora, we already started jotting down a list of must shops. Well, in one week our dreams will become a reality. Starting October 31, ColourPop will be available in 50 Sephora stores across the U.S. as well as Sephora.com and Sephora.ca (yay, Canada!).

But here's where it gets good: Each product will be exclusive to Sephora and consist of limited-edition sets of cult-favorites like Super Shock Shadows, lip products, and highlighter bundles. And we already got a peek at the first product.

The first product in the ColourPop x Sephora line is ~drum roll~ a palette. The new Golden State of Mind palette is inspired by ColourPop's home of California and contains 15 pressed powder shadows that have a glitter finish. As per ColourPop standards, these are highly pigmented shades that boast a bold metallic finish. And although the palette has an underlying golden tone, it's surprisingly subtle and has a bit of a cotton candy sky look to it. See the shades swatched below.

The exact shades will include: Pay the Piper (icy blue), GIRLFRIEND (pink with violet glitter), Uptight (rose gold), Sparkler (silvery bronze), Can’t Stop (icy champagne ivory), Golden Egg (pinky beige with turquoise glitter), Unsupervised (pink champagne), Lust in Time (medium cool rose), Zero Clue (vibrant warm yellow), Mind Tricks (icy blackened purple), Watch Out (golden ivory with pink glitter), Wing Woman (red brown with green and gold glitter), Heads or Tales (icy cranberry), Drizzle (icy baby pink), Tinker Time (blackened antique gold with blue glitter).

And here's the best part. The new palette will be less than $30! In fact, it will go for $26 for all 15. Yep, we're adding this to the shopping list. If the other ColourPop x Sephora goodies are this fun, we have a feeling our November paycheck will be hit hard.
