Using: 1 small sugar cube, 6 oz hot freshly brewed coffee, 2 oz Irish whiskey, whipped cream
Directions: Start with the sugar cube in an Irish coffee mug, and pour over coffee and whiskey. Stir to mix and top with whipped cream.

Using: 2 cups half-and-half cream or milk, 1 vanilla bean, 4 oz Baileys Irish Cream, 4 cups coffee, 4 oz Kahlua
Directions: Make coffee in large freezer-proof container. Add the cream to another freezer-proof container for later. Scrape out the insides of the vanilla bean and add to the cream. Whisk the vanilla into the cream until it breaks apart and becomes smooth. Next, stir in Baileys to the cream and vanilla. Add the Kahlua to the coffee and stir. But both separate containers in the freezer for 45 minutes. After 45, scrape the frozen mixtures around a little an re-freeze. Repeat until you get a slushy consistency. Serve when to the consistency you like!

Using: 1 shot of Patron Espresso Flavored Tequila, 4 oz of brewed coffee, citrus simple syrup, coco powder, cinnamon, sugar for rim, orange peel and cinnamon stick to garnish
Directions: Run the citrus wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a mixture of coco powder, cinnamon, and sugar until it’s lined. Fill the glass with ice. In a separate cocktail shaker, add the tequila, coffee, simple syrup, and ice—mix it up! Pour into glass and serve.

Using: 1 tbsp dark rum, 1 tbsp vodka, 1 tbsp gin, 1 tbsp tequila,1 tbsp coffee liquor, 2 tbsp ginger beer, 1-2 tbsp lime juice, cold brew coffee, lime wedges to serve
Directions: Fill tall glass halfway with ice. Add the alcohol, lime juice, and ice to a shaker and mix. Strain over the ice and add in the ginger beer and coffee to the top. Mix and serve with lime
