We didn't know it was possible to make Game Day even more fun, but it turns out all it takes are some of our favorite candies decked out in our favorite team's mascot. You can now shop SweeTART Gummies and BUTTERFINGERs (regular and Peanut Butter Cups) with some of your favorite college football teams' logos and mascots.
The Game Day-themed sweets will bear the logos of a total of 10 schools. If you're a SweeTARTS fan, you can shop special editions of the sour gummies with logos from: University of Michigan, University of Arizona, University of Oregon, University of Georgia and University of Florida, The University of Texas, The Ohio State University, University of Tennessee, University of California, Los Angeles, and University of Arkansas. And the gummies actually come in school-appropriate shapes! See below.
Now if chocolate and peanut butter are more your speed, you can get your hands on BUTTERFINGERS with custom packaging for The University of Texas, University of Michigan, The Ohio State University, University of Georgia, and University of Florida.
But it's not just football season that's getting the candy treatment. You can shop these sweet concoctions through basketball season, because really, sports and candy are appropriate all year around. Curious how you can get your hands on your team's treat? The custom college wrappers will be available at college stadiums and college bookstores throughout the 2017-2018 athletic season, as well as at local retailers in the area, and of course, online.
If you're really feeling spirited, you can also enter Nestlé's tailgate sweepstakes. The "Ultimate Tailgating Sweepstakes” includes a prize pack for ultimate outdoor tailgater. The prize includes a stainless steel gas grill, home cinema HD 3D projector, portable movie theater projector screen, and more. You can enter here through March 31, 2018.
And if you don't see your team repped in this year's collection, there's always next year. Nestlé added five new schools to the mix this year, so perhaps next year is your lucky year!
