From products to music and television, we had an influx of amazing releases this year, many of which would not have been possible without some great collaborations. There were sublime polishes and colorful pallettes, plus some epic fashion and beauty combinations. Here's a list of our favorite collaborations of 2014.

1. Emma Roberts x BaubleBar

Emma Roberts teamed up with BaubleBar to release a 19-piece collection in November as part of BaubleBar's "Guest Bartender" series. Joining the ranks of high-profile celebs like Coco Rocha, Roberts curated a collection of stellar jewelry for the online-only accessories website.  From edgy to super-femme, this collection is going to have you wearing statement pieces straight through to summer. Bonus: it's still available at BaubleBar.com!

2. Alexander Wang x H&M

H&M is at it again with another epic design collab. The Alexander Wang x H&M Collection hit around 250 stores worldwide and online on November 6th. Designed for both men and women, the collection focuses on Wang's specialty: re-invisioning the urban uniform. The New York-based designer takes H&M's everyday wear to another level with sportswear-inspired clothing that is both funcitonal and fashionable for any shopper.

3. Nasty Gal x MAC

MAC partnered with Nasty Gal this year to create a stellar makeup collaboration. Featuring deep purples, bombshell red, and rich burgundy lipsticks to pair with a fiery Nail Lacquer, this collection was made to embody the attitude of the #GIRLBOSS herself, Sophia Amoruso. The full collection is available now on MAC.com and NastyGal.com.

4. Target x L'Oreal

Celebrating its 100th anniversay, L'Oréal Paris created one of the top crimson colors of 2014: the Infallible Never Fail Lipcolour Compact in Target Red. This universally flatter shade lasts all day and keeps your pout in tip top shape thanks to marine collagen and vitamin E. Sold at Target for only $9.99, it's definitely something worth stocking up on.

6.  Jason Wu x Lancome

The Jason Wu for Lancome Pre-Fall Collection palettes are just about the most fabulous color combinations we have seen all year. Beautifully packaged with floral patterns to mimic hues that inspired him, Wu's collection combines rich autum colors with a hint of metallic to create runway looks any day of the week.

7. Public School x J.Crew

Menswear designers Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow of Public School stepped out of their comfort zone this summer to create a nine-piece J.Crew capsule collection just for the ladies. According to Maxwell "The Public School woman blurs the lines of formal and casual. Our woman has a confident style and can take a traditional tuxedo jacket from day to night without skipping a beat."
