Beauty 101: Best Products for Strobing

Just when you thought you mastered the contour look, ANOTHER makeup technique comes to the forefront. What is strobing, you ask? It’s a fancy term for highlighting. Strobing essentially gives your face a shimmery and youthful glow. Here at Influenster, we’re all about trying new things, especially when it comes to makeup! So, we’ve rounded up a few products that are perfect for strobing and sure to bring you that dewy glow this summer.

The only product you'll need for strobing is an illuminating highlighter. Apply it where light would naturally hit your face. That means your cheekbones, brow bones, the slope of your nose, the center of your forehead, and on your chin.

Champagne colors work well on fairer skin while golds look great on darker complexions. Search for products with a subtle shimmer and not glitter chunks.
