Midol is a lifesaver! I started having terrible menstrual cramps when I stopped taking birth control a year ago. When I needed something for the pain I would always just use Tylenol or ibuprofen. I get really bad cramps, more so during these latter years. These pills are 100% effective. They are fast-acting, and last a while. I usually only have to take two a day and I'll be fine. Been using this pain reliever for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It gets the job done during my period and is very effective. It is a little pricey but I would definitely buy it again.
