They are my favorite airline. The majority of our flights in and out of our airport are WN flights. I've been flying with them since I was a little kid and I've always felt their level of service was always so much higher than everyone else (this includes when we used to have America West as a big competitor here). I've been a Rapid Rewards member since I was a teenager and now that I'm older I now own a RR Chase Visa to rack up more points. They're friendly. They don't charge baggage fees. They don't charge change fees which is such a rarity in the travel industry anymore. They have a wonderful record of keeping their cancellations and delays to a minimum. I would cry if they ever happened to go out of business. They set the standard!

JetBlue is my favorite airline. What is not to like? Most of their planes have a roomier cabin than their competition, most flights have free wi-fi, they give out free snacks (and good ones at that!), and they have some of the best customer service in the business. I always enjoy flying with them. Lately my biggest reason for choosing them is that they are cheaper than a lot of their competition to fly with my dog (11 lb Brussels Griffon) in the cabin with me under the seat. JetBlue currently charges $100 each way with a pet under the seat. Other airlines I've used have charged anywhere from $125-150 each way. So I'll gladly fly JetBlue with my dog as often as I can given that not only are they cheaper, but it's a much better experience overall, so it's a win-win!

When it comes to Airlines, I have tried them all. Delta is by far the best in customer service, Comfort, travel rewards and options. I've never been let down while traveling with Delta. It does help to give them a heads up if you have a dietary restriction if there is a meal planned for during your flight. However there were a couple of times when I needed a special meal but did not plan ahead. The flight attendants were helpful in trying to accommodate me in whatever way that they could so that I was not left with no food.

We fly American often and have never had any issues. We primarily fly between Philadelphia and Dallas. We have always had wonderful customer service. We had a situation with our last trip that we for some reason booked through a 3rd party company and they never reserved our seats so we were separated. We asked the customer service desk for assistance and before boarding, we were called up that we were moved to sit together for no additional cost. On several trips they asked for volunteers to check their carry ons because the flight was full and we found that to be a painless experience. We have flown other airlines as well and American is certainly one of the better flights. Only thing I would like to see changed is some type of complimentary snack (they got rid of the pretzels a while back) and maybe more ways to earn frequent flyer miles outside of the flights and credit card.

Being 20 minutes from a United hub, we almost always fly United. With so many direct flights to choose from, we have the luxury of flying direct to many destinations at a great price. We appreciate the ability to choose our seats online, ensuring that at least one of us can sit with our daughter on the flight without the hassle of having a gate agent fix our seat assignments or begging passengers to switch with us, both of which we've seen/experienced on other airlines. The in-flight snack options are great; I much prefer to select what I want at a small cost than to be subject to whatever the airline has chosen. The kids snack box is particularly great, with many great snacks (both healthy and treat) to dole out throughout the flight and a small pack of wikistix, a fun, creative toy good for all ages that is not loud or messy and doesn't roll off the tray.
