As a cereal lover myself, I can safely say their cereal is one of the best in terms of health, ingredients deck, and flavor. I could eat a ton of bowls of these and not feel guilty or sick. Such a nice sweetness, it's not overpowering like children's cereals. I would definitely buy many times more. ...read more

A childhood favorite that we eat even now! Cheerios has not changed in their flavor at all! and I am so happy about that. I enjoy this with fruit sliced into the cereal with the milk. The taste is great! its a heart healthy food so its also good for me, especially when I was worried about my cholesterol and I was tired of eating hot oatmeal. I give dry Cheerios to my son to eat on and I feel confident that he is not going to be filled with any ingredients that would be harmful to his growing/changing stomach. I don't always add sugar either I enjoy the "natural" taste of Cheerios. I think its a cereal you will like as well. ...read more

General mix makes some good cereals, but one of my all time favorites is just plain old Kix. Kix is most definitely a cult classic because I grew up eating it in the mornings most everyday before my elementary days. It has a nice crunch to it with just a hint of sweetness, but not loads of sugar like most kids cereals these days. Over the years, this particular cereal has stayed consistent and remained the same as it was back in the day, which means the company has great quality control. I definitely recommend giving this cereal a try, if you haven't! ...read more

LOVE Grape Nuts! Full of fiber so they're very filling. I love the super crunchy texture. But you can always heat them up for a softer oat-meal like breakfast. They're not sweet and are great with any variety of fresh fruit, especially berries. ...read more

Even though I gave this cereal 5/5, I can still admit that it's really lacking in flavor. I don't think it tastes like cardboard but it certainly doesn't taste like much of anything. If your diet is low-sugar/sweetener though, I don't think it'll be a problem for you.I really love this cereal because it's not full of sugar and has 13g of protein per serving. This cereal coupled with sliced banana for added sweetness keeps me full until lunch and doesn't leave me feeling icky like a lot of processed cereals do.  ...read more

This is my favorite variety of the Chex brand. I started eating it when I was pregnant with my first a few years ago because of the fiber content and I was low on iron. I eat it to this day as cereal and dry as a snack with a little orange juice on the side to help absorb the iron. If you're looking for a healthier and delicious cereal to try- choose this one! ...read more

Years ago, when this particular variety of Kashi cereal first appeared on store shelves, I eagerly purchased a box and while I did enjoy it, it wasn't a favorite of mine. However, a couple months ago, my sister informed me that they recently reformulated the cereal and as a result, improved the taste significantly. My curiosity got the best of me and while on a recent grocery shopping trip, I decided to pick up a box and try it out for myself. Well, I can fully attest my sister was absolutely right! The cereal packs the ideal amount of crunch within the small O's and heart shapes and provides a hint of honey for sweetness. It's easy to enjoy, organic and a great breakfast. ...read more

This is one of my favorite cereals ever! It's not too sugary but has a yummy sweet cinnamon taste that tastes great with almond milk, regular milk, or just by itself to munch on! The cereal has a lot of fiber so it keeps you full and satisfied without crashing later. It also has a strong crunch so it doesn't taste stale either. I love to eat mine with almond milk and berries! Perfect healthy breakfast! ...read more
