This was really disgusting when I first tried it but luckily I stuck with it (not that I had much of a choice since I had a good 6 boxes). The cheesecake flavour comes out in a weird powdery way but you get used to it (I'd rather just have a regular chocolate 'bar' than this, though). The rest of the bar is fine, though; it has a fluffy top and a harder base - not hard on the teeth, just not as soft and brownie-like as the top. It's a pretty decent way to get your fibre intake and I have no problem knocking a few of these back every once in a while (I even ate an entire box in one go so they're definitely enjoyable enough). The price is actually pretty great, too.
I really didn't like this the first time I tried it but I'm glad I stuck with it. I normally use Sriracha to add a bit of flavour to something (especially leftovers which could always use with a bit of help) but this is pretty good, too. As I've seen others say, use Sambal Olek during cooking or Sriracha after the fact and I've found that those are the best ways to use these "spicifiers". It's fine either way, though, as I add this to steamed rice and it adds a nice amount of flavour. I haven't noticed any garlicyness as others have said, though (which is a bit disappointing since I like garlic but it's not big deal since it's not what I expected); too me it's vinegary. It's definitely not 'sweet' like Sriracha, so if you're looking for something with a bit of kick and flavour and want something more powerful than Sriracha than this is a great product to use.
I'm not fond of mint smells in general but mint is supposed to help with digestion issues (DON'T take this product internally) so since I can't handle it internally anyway I figured the smell would be the next best thing to try. While I can't really speak to its effectiveness in that regard, I can at least say that it's a very refreshing scent. It reminds me of thin strips of mint gum and it really opens up the sinuses when you use it. I use mine in a diffuser, combining it with other scents just as often as I use it alone, and it's pretty pleasant when it's diluted like that.
I really love this company's hot chocolate mixes and this flavour is no exception. Whether you have it with water, cow milk, or nut milk it turns out great every time. I personally find it more flavoursome with any form of milk however - as expected, since you're adding something flavoursome to it - but it's still great either way. The thing is, I really notice the saltiness when I used it with water. Not to say that the milk version don't taste like salted caramel, it's just that the flavour is more muted and hearty.
Great taste but after a while you get tired of it. It was amazing at first - wonderfully crisp all while retaining a nice baked, sweet taste - but I got sick of it after a while. I didn't even try to eat it all at once - which is tough considering how big a bag is - but it was still tiresome. Perhaps it doesn't retain its freshness as long as other products even when properly sealed, but that's alright. If it were in smaller bags, to retain the same enjoyment until the end, it would be better. Really, it tastes great - it's just not the same until the end of the bag.
They're alright. It's been hit or miss for me on the consistency, though. One pack I opened had hard gummies and another had chewy so it's tough to gauge which is correct and whether you'll get the one you want. That being said, the flavour is alright but I just wish that more came in a packet (at least it's good for children in that you don't have to worry about giving them too much and you don't have to count them out yourself).
The general taste of this product is pretty mild. It's not overwhelming in any sense, and only after several bites do you realize the flavours which is actually a plus because that means it's not overloaded with them. It's a nice snack that actually feels healthy because all the flavours are pretty well represented without any strong masking elements. The soft texture of the fruit as well as the crunchy texture of the nuts work well together and it's pretty easy to try and eat the entire pack in one go.
I appreciate mustard much more now than I used to as a kid. Back then it was just another thing you just had to add to a burger, along with mustard and relish, but now that I'm older I can really appreciate its "spiciness" and enjoy it much better with meats and in sandwiches in general than using the tried and true method of using ketchup as a condiment for everything. It's still not my favourite condiment, but it really does work really well with food. I only wish that I didn't have to shake it to avoid a watery mess - something I rarely have a problem with when using ketchup - but that's a minor complaint. Great product, lasts long, and you only need a little to get the full flavour you need.
Great product. I wish they had more of a variety of flavours, but the original is still great. Whether on fries, burgers, or burnt food that you're trying not to waste, this ketchup has a great taste and texture with just the perfect amount of acidity and sweetness. I don't use as much as I used to in the past, but because of how long it lasts it's not something I have to worry about and I can get as much value as I can out of it because of it.
