Hey y'all! Let me just start off by saying, I am a makeup junkie, so I do a lot of makeup reviews 😊... I am so excited for this year (2016), because I will be getting married to my best friend, my love Austin 😘. I am 22 and I am born and raised in Texas and I just love life! I love my fiancé, my family, my dogs, and my friends!! I am down to earth and like to try out new things that are interesting to me.
I really love this foundation, I think even more than my Lancôme one. There are so many great qualities with this foundation and of course there a couple of cons. The price on this one is a lot better than the Lancôme one, about $10 less, which in the long run it is a big deal lol. I have been using is for about two weeks non stop, so I can get a pretty good idea of how much I will like this one.
Pros of this foundation: 1. Long lasting wear 2. Medium to full coverage 3. Leaves a matte finish, in my skin it does 4. Great for oily skin 5. Color variation is great 6. Doesn't irritate my skin, hasn't caused any breakouts 7. Very little transfer of makeup
Cons: 1. Dries quick so it makes it hard to build up 2. Doesn't come with a pump ( I bought a pump from MAC and fits perfectly)
Overall thoughts, my favorite foundation! I would still say my Lancôme one is more of a full coverage. This one is still a full coverage, but you have to use a little more product to get it to a full affect. I only blot once all day and I wear it for at least 10 hrs everyday and looks great. The formula is liquidly, but still gives you great coverage. I typically use my sigma F80 brush to apply it for a full coverage look and my real techniques sponge for more of a medium coverage.
I find it funny that even candy review are on here, but still pretty cool lol.... I am obsessed with these!!! They are so dang good and I would have to say they are my favorite candy. They aren't too sour to the point where you feel like your mouth is shrinking, just perfect :).. I always eat these at the movie theater and occasionally at home. Strawberry flavor has to be my favorite, then blueberry would be my second choice.
Oh man my dog loves these treats!! I don't even think he chews them, he just inhales them lol (he's a sweet German Shepherd)...Milk bone, I believe, has been around for quite some time and I don't ever have any issues with their treats, will my dog doesn't :).. And just an FYI, the key to any treats or foods for your dogs, is being aware of how they react to it. Just like humans, they're going to be somethings that your pets may not like or may upset their tummies. Not every dog is the same, just keep that in mind.
I use to buy this food for my dogs, German Shepherds, but I stopped because as most of y'all know it's pricey lol... If I could of still afford to keep on buying this food I would, because they loved it! Not only that, but they're fur was so healthy, it looked so shiny and smooth. They never experience any tummy aches or any other type of issues when they ate this food. If you can afford to buy this food, I really recommend it. I would buy the chicken flavor for my dogs.
I love these lipsticks!! They are so nourishing and have a lot of shades to pick from and very pigmented. I have mine in the colors tropical coral (my favorite), fairest nude, natures blush, and peony pink. These are probably my favorite lipsticks because they never dry up my lips and colors are so pretty! They do come off pretty easy, that is the only down side, but it's so easy to reapply and it never goes on patchy. I think for the price they are totally worth it and I am sticking with these for a while :)
I feel like I am the only one who didn't like this product lol...I had the color "milan", which appears like a mauve, pink closer to a nude color. Well that was not the case! When I put it on my lips the color was a bright pink, which I did not want. That wasn't the only issue, the application was not good, I had to put like three layers in order for it to actually look even on my lips. And of course because it was a lot of layers, it just started cracking on my lips. The smell was terrible too, maybe is because I am sensitive to smells but did not care at all for the smell. It dried up lips and it did not last long at all. I ended returning it and did not bother to try another one, because for me the formula was not good at all. This has probably been the only NYX product I have not liked, so I was quite disappointed :/.
So, I'll be honest I had no idea this was a foundation/loose powder I thought it was just a loose powder. Anyways to the review now. I actually use this to set under my eyes, on a daily basis I only use a little and when I want to "bake" I pack it on. The one I have is completely different than the one on the picture, I guess mac updated it or something. But now it is just the powder and it doesn't come with the sponge it shows on the picture. I really love this powder to set under my eyes and it does not cake up even though it says it's a "foundation/loose". I've been using it for about a month now and my concealer never creases!! I recommend this to set under the eyes and anywhere you want to set your highlight. I think I have it in the shade light, that way it sets and highlights the areas I want highlighted. I am going to buy a darker shade, so that I can actually use it as a foundation and see how that works :)
I have used probably most, if not all, of mac's powders and this one has to be my favorite one. I normally would use the sheer pressed powder to set my makeup, but I wanted a little more coverage and lasting power. This one last longer and it does not get cakey when I reapply, if I need to blot. I use it in the color medium plus and love it! One of my favorite mac products because it goes on so light weight, but you still get that coverage, if you are looking for it :)
I normally using tarte blush, but I started using this mac one about a month and a half ago and omg I love it!! The pro long wear line is incredible and these blushes without a doubt, are long wear. I can't remember the color I use, but it's similar to the one on the picture (probably that's the color I have lol) and it looks so good on my medium tone skin. I cannot use light colors, because they do not show up on my skin and mac has a great variety of colors for medium/dark skin tone. Really recommend it!!
I know this says it is an eye shadow, but I actually use it as an eyeshadow primer. I love this stuff! I have it in the color soft ochre and the other I can't remember but it is a pink one. I use the pink one to make my pink eyeshadows pop more, because I have medium tone skin and usually pinks do not really show on me and when I use this it truly makes a difference. I use the soft ochre pretty much everyday (except on days I am not wearing eyeshadow) and my shadows last literally all day! I always set it with a light eyeshadow, so it is easier to blend all the other eyeshadow. And the other great thing about it is that you get so much product!!
