We used this and the tray for about 4 months. Very useful when you need to set the baby down for a moment and you want them to be secure. We used it prior to buying a high chair too. Only downfall we experienced was that Baby A's legs quickly grew too fat to fit into the chair. It limited how long we could use our Bumbo.
I received my Medela Pump in Style through my insurance company (which was awesome) and I am so glad this is the pump I have. 10 months of nursing and pumping and I am pleased with this pump. I did have an issue with the power cord but one phone call to Medela customer service and it was easily replaced at no cost to me! They were super friendly, too!
We received diapers as gifts at our shower so we were able to sample multiple types and brands. These diapers prevent leaks better than another other we tried. Best of all, when we needed to buy them ourselves, they are most affordable!
Really like the bottles and it is super nice to have plenty of these in the house. While I was still on maternity leave we used them for middle of the night feedings or so that I could steal a nap while someone else fed the baby and when I went back to work these, along with some frozen zip bags, were our primary source of storing milk.
I only used the nipple a couple of times really early on- just in the first week. I was pleased that they didn't seem to hinder our nursing relationship any.
I strongly recommend breastfeeding Mommas try this before giving up for latch or pain reasons. This completely changed breastfeeding for the better for Baby A and me. With larger breasts, I was surprised to learn that I had flat nipples (who knew!) and even more surprised to learn that I wore a size XS or 16mm (the only XS I've ever been sized into)! It all started when the nurse at the hospital suggested we try this and though it took a couple of days learning how to use it correctly, once we got the hang of it we never looked back.
Also, we used this for 6 months until one day we accidentally left it at home and we needed to nurse in the car. With no struggle at all, Baby A took the breast without the shield. I enthusiastically recommend this product!
