Energy drinks are like beer- they're an acquired taste. It always cracks me up when the cashier asks me, "Are these any good?" Well, I'm buying 6 of them, what do you think? They're either delicious (they're not, no energy drink is) or they work. And of course they work, they're packed with CAFFEINE!! My life's blood; so, tasty or not, I'm gonna slurp em down and keep on chugging through my day!
I love Bare Minerals. The colors build and blend so well, with or without a primer, although they last longer and look more vivid if used with a lid primer like their Prime Time, or any primer really. This line is great for my sensitive skin and eyes, which have been rebelling against a lot of other products lately. Now that I'm reviewing this, I'm thinking I might need to stock back up on some of these!
These pigments look so pretty in their jars, but the color payoff on the lids is extremely disappointing. And after you've managed to build up the color you want, the look doesn't last, even with primer and setting spray. Maybe user error, but not worth it in my book.
I started using bare minerals about 12 years ago I believe and I truly love it when my skin is on the oiler-side. However, I didn't love the powder formula when my skin got dryer. Of course, this was back in the day before allll the amazing primers and setting sprays, so it might be worth giving powders another go-around!
I honestly don't know what it is about this lash curler by elf, but it is my absolute favorite curler I've ever owned. It gets all my lashes from inner to outer corner without tugging on my shorter lashes like most lash curlers. For the price, this really can't be beat.
This is a daily staple for me. I eat it in so many ways: alone, on cereals, fruit, mixed in as a smoothie... it's a great source of calcium and vitamin D, and a good substitute for those of us that don't eat meat and need alternative sources of B12.
I've always used Tide. Growing up we used the powdered kind, which I always found clumps in my clothes afterwards when I did my own laundry as a kid. But once I switched to the liquid, I've never turned back. I have allergies and anytime I've tried to change detergents I've had weird allergic reactions; so now I just stick with my Tide.
I'm really more of a Crest kind of girl, but my husband is finicky and will only use this kind of Colgate toothpaste. It seriously gives me a panic attack trying to make sure I'm buying the right kind, but he swears by this stuff.
Revlon is one of my favorite drugstore tube lipsticks. I love bright reds and deep mauves and Revlon usually nails these colors well. Use a lip liner though to prevent feathering and bleeding off the lip.
