I'm 33 years old. I'm married and I have a boyfriend (polyamorous relationship since 2007). I have a 4 year old daughter that will be in her second year of preschool next year, but I'm hoping to unschool after that. I have had chronic migraines and fibromyalgia for 4 years since the traumatic birth of my daughter. I also have degenerative disc disease, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, Ehlers-danlos syndrome, PCOS, and vitamin deficiencies. I love to read, play video games, spend time handling my little farm (quails and crops), promote healthy at any size and radical feminist cultures, and craft.
I am from the state that brings you Hershey chocolate and I love Reese's Cups. I like almost every single size and I can't avoid eating them at least a few times a month. There is no comparison. This one is from my daughter's trick or treat bag and I ate it as my lunch dessert - Is that a thing? It is now. #igothungry
This is a great little brush. I use it every day. It fixes clumpy mascara issues. I'm very picky about my mascara I like every last it is separated and I can't deal with any spots that don't look perfect lol. The other end is for brows and I can take one second and run it over each eyebrow. I'm a very low eyebrow maintenance girl so that works great for me. And it was literally a dollar at CVS. How can you beat that?
This may not be the easiest liner to use as it does have a very thin tip and it is a very wet liquid. I do find that wiping the edge of the tip off on the bottle does help. However, this is the liner that I learned how to do my makeup with. (Thanks YouTube!) I had never use eyeliner before I bought this one. Yes at 33 years old!! I love that it is the darkest of blacks. I love the way that it stays on all day, but it is not waterproof. It's definitely more of a water resistant. It cleans up nicely with makeup remover and you can even clean up the edges with a Q-tip beautifully.
While it's true that this liner isn't waterproof I find that it does have great all day staying power. I'm a total beginner when it comes to doing cateyes, or a liquid liner at all, and I have a totally unsteady hand. The paddle tip which allows for a thick or thin line lets me draw an outside line and then fill it in quickly. I have pretty good control with this and by using some tips and tricks I've learned on YouTube I find I'm able to do a pretty passable cateye even though I've only been practicing for a couple days. #mycultclassics
I love a quick drying nail polish like Sally Hansen. Their colors are bright, vivid, and always look great on my nails. They are resistant to chipping and last a long time. Sally Hansen also makes a great top coat. They are a great price, but do tend to take three coats to achieve the desired color.
I'm not going to lie, I'm addicted to EOS products. When I see a new scent has come out, I just have to have it. However, this is my absolute favorite. Like every EOS product the case is cute as a button and fits in any purse. The taste of this lip balm is my favorite. I layer this balm over Burt's Bees to lock it in with a flavor I prefer. This keeps my lips from ever getting dry and (when I have forgotten) has brought them back from the brink of destruction.
I want to start my review by saying I do NOT have eczema. I do, however, use this cream for a skin condition that me and my daughter both have that is dry, non-painful, and non-cracked. This came recommend by her pediatrician. This cream is soft and smooth. The formula is non-greasy and is able to be rubbed in. It also works great to lessen the severity of our issue, I hope it can help you.
This product could easily be confused with the "Derma-cream" lotion from the dollar store I have next to it. It offers nothing special despite trying to present itself as an Aveeno-like product. The texture isn't an issue, it just simply does nothing to improve skin issues.
