Review for Joico Daily Care Leave-In Detangler - 9 months ago
Usually I prefer the lotion/cream detanglers. This one works pretty well, though, and doesn't weigh down the hair like heavier products. I applied it after towel-drying, before combing through my damp hair. It worked well, though I had to apply more in a few areas as I went. I'd recommend it.
The dryer itself is very good. It's attachments are surprisingly effective and well-made. This is a good purchase and will last for a long time.
It didn't seem to have the heat or the surface area to work well. I was not happy with the purchase, particularly as my hair grew longer. This flat iron just couldn't get the job done. I would not recommend it.
Review for Revlon Perfect Heat 1-1/4" Curling Iron - 9 months ago
This was my favorite hair curling iron for a long time. The thumb piece had broken off so I made s replacement of duct tape to protect me from the heat. The thing finally died and had to be replaced. It's like the "on" button just stopped working.
Review for Conair Double Ceramic 1.25" Curling Iron - 9 months ago
Pretty good for medium/length hair but isn't great now that my hair is so long. The heat just can't penetrate. Didn't seem to cause any damage, minimal catching/tangling in the hinges. I'd recommend it.
It's an okay little hairdryer. Not very powerful but it eventually gets the job done. More like an emergency travel blow dryer than something meant for everyday use.
Worked pretty well with my blow-dry. Not too sticky. Made my hair smell great. My long hair wound up pretty frizzy and gross by the end of the day, though. I don't recommend it for straightening if you have wavy/curly long hair.
Pretty good for colored/bleached curly or wavy hair. Smells really great! The only downside is that my hair didn't stay clean for long. Usually I only wash my hair every three days but I couldn't do that after using this mousse.
They still aren't "healthy." They're still processed carbs. Still, they're a better choice than the traditional snacks kids go for. I broke down and got some for the kids and they liked them. Still, limit the intake.
The best!

These tins bring back great memories. I've always used these for cough/sore throats instead of regular medicated drops.
