I've been loving the matte lip trend lately as it feels like gloss in *so* 90s. I was especially interested in the matte metallics because it would add a bit of shine without it being glossy. And that's exactly what it did.
I don't think that either of the colors I received are going to be making their way into my normal lip color rotation, just because they're a little *too* much for everyday wear, but I can definitely see myself wearing them out and about and especially during the winter.
The formula goes on smoothly and doesn't cake. It also didn't leave my lips feeling dry at the end, and came off very easily with makeup remover. It did come off a little on cups and such throughout the day, but nothing more than normal lip products.
Give the Matte Metallics a try if you're looking to switch up your lip color game this winter!
haven't eaten a lot of protein bars in my time so I don't have a lot to compare it to to be honest. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've definitely had worse and I've had a few protein bars that were better. That being said I liked the originality of the flavor. Peanut butter is a big ingredient for a lot of different brands of protein bars, and throwing in a little something extra like the jelly is a nice touch with adding too many calories or unnecessary ingredients. It is a little dry but I find that to be the case with most protein bars. Would I buy it myself? Maybe, but probably a different flavor.
30 Rock is one of the most underrated shows of all time. I've watched it over and over and over since it's landed on Netflix, and I'll continue to watch it until it no longer exists. Tina Fey is the perfect combination of lovable goofball and self-deprication that makes the characters even easier to relate to. While a lot of the show is topical and may eventually feel outdated, for now it's a fantastic blend of sarcasm, humor, and real life that we all need in our lives.
I don't get migraines often, but when I do they come on quick and knock me out for at least a day. I don't have a prescription for them because I don't get them all that often and was looking for an OTC alternative.
I'm not sure who invented the Excedrin Migraine, but they should get a Nobel Prize for doing so! This stuff is amazing and actually allows me to function like a halfway normal human even when suffering through a migraine. It works fast and you don't have to take too many of them to get relief. I keep this around regularly now!
We typically only feed our cat wet food once a week so as not to get her hooked on it and to track her weight a little better. We've been using the same brand wet food as the dry food we have and she seems to like it. When we gave her the Muse food she inhaled it pretty quickly. Not sure if that's because she genuinely liked it or just because it was different.
I liked that it had a fair amount of extra moisture in it, but at the same time it definitely gave her some noticeable digestive issues in her litter box the next day. Not sure if we'll switch over to this or not, but it's definitely an option!
This was a pretty good snack as a pick me up without making me feel sluggish or gross afterwards. The dark chocolate was prominent in my bar, so it may not be for you if you aren't a big fan. Though I'm not sure there's the same amount in each bar so it might be hit and miss. If they were a little cheaper I'd buy them all the time!
We've had our Nest installed for about 6 months now and it seems to be working exactly as we expected it to. Installation was super easy (even on a 30+ year old thermostat) and only took about 20 minutes. Really the learning curve was in using the app and getting it connected to the Nest. We also have an Echo and so far have been unable to link it to our Nest. I'd say I'm upset about that but considering I can control the Nest from my phone it isn't that big of a deal. It does seem like it's truly learning our preferences, and I like that I'm able to adjust the temperature from my phone if I wake up in the middle of the night. So far so good! :)
My husband loves this shampoo and for some reason it's impossible to find in stores. If Amazon ever stops selling it I'm in trouble! He just has a dry scalp, not dandruff, so we were looking for a shampoo that could solve that problem that was a specific dandruff shampoo. My husband's hair looks great and grows like a weed now!
These are fantastic! Although it's really hard to not eat a million of them at a time... You can taste the quality of the chocolate and they are the perfect size to quell both chocolate and ice cream cravings without completely derailing your diet. I love the variety of flavors as well!
The only thing IKEA could improve upon in my opinion is having more locations! They have a wide range of products to fit every lifestyle and price point. I absolutely love getting their catalog in the mail as it gives me a ton of decorating ideas. A lot of our furniture is from IKEA, both cheaper and more expensive pieces. I will definitely continue to shop there well into the future!
