I am an author, crafter, reader, gamer, and nature lover. I have two dogs and two cats, a wonderful man, and live in the foothills of the Smokies. As a writer and someone with a plethora of medical issues, I enjoy helping people learn more about the products they use and informing them of what is available.
Bare minerals is a favorite makeup brand of mine the colors are solid, the makeup is light and natural feeling and looking, and a little bit goes a long way, which is awesome because it isn't cheap! I love the colors, especially since I use earth tones.
I absolutely love this stuff. It is a tad more expensive but well worth it. A small amount goes a long way as you do not completely replace your conditioner with it. About once a week, use just enough to massage into the lengths of your hair and leave it set while you bathe and shave and then rinse. So silky smooth!
This nail polish remover does the job, doesn't smell too bad, isn't as toxic and leaves my nails clean and not stripped. I prefer the nonacetone because it doesn't damage my nails like other kinds do and it doesn't burn like others can.
This stuff is great for immune system boosts and to help with allergies. I make my own immune system vitamins in gel caps with vee pollen, Echinacea, and vitamin c. I also sprinkle this in granola and mix it into homemade cough drops and syrups. A small amount goes a long way and it really can help with getting over colds and flu faster as well as dealing with seasonal allergies.
I absolutely love sour stuff. Candy, fruit, powder, whatever. I loved warheads and was pretty happy to see a candy cane from the same company and line. They aren't as sour as I wanted, a bit further on the sweet side and the sourness doesn't last nearly as long, but they are, by far, one of my favorite brands of candy canes.
These are so yummy. Lindt is awesome about their chocolates. Very smooth and creamy. For a dark chocolate, it isn't too bitter but still rich and strong without a "milked" down flavor. Getting a pack this big would meam absolute trouble! Nothing made me happier than a stocking or basket filled with the dark blue foil wrapped chocolate.
I absolutely loved this game. I swear I spent several hours in the police station hacking into every computer and emptying everyone's desk. I am a completionist and hoarder in games and this one wad great. There are so many ways to go about playing. I did everything stealthy and espionage style while my spouse runs through with guns blazing. Decent replay value as well.
I loved A Wolf Among Us and the Walking Dead Telltale games. I am also a big fan of the Game of Thrones television series and have read the entire Song and Ice book series. That being said, I had some high expectations for this game and yet I found myself disappointed. I went from planning to get the entire series to losing interest halfway through the first episode. I'm not sure if they focused too much on trying to make scene straight from the show or what, but it seemed to lack the immersion of the other TellTale games.
I have two packets per cup of hot water or one pack in a cold cup of milk (I like stirring it and eating the undissolved little bubbles). It's gluten free so for someone like me with Celiac Disease it is very awesome. Also goes well as a mocha creamer for coffee!
I am always surprised by the stuff I find in this store. I have a California King sized heavy black and gold quilt priced at $250 that I got for $30. My last two pair of jeans came from Ross at less than $20 a piece (and the only two clothing items I have bought in the past few years). Awesome odd make-up and body stuff, top line clothing for cheap. It really love Ross.
