Pink haired, chronically ill cat mom who loves skin care. Moisturizers are my bffs in my constant fight to keep my skin glowing. I’m thinking about jumping into the makeup side of beauty for a new hobby.
I’ve only been using this product for about 3 weeks now but so far I’m loving it. Since adding this to my routine my skin tone has seemed to even out and smooth out. It’s been easy to incorporate into my routine and dries down fairly quickly with only a hint of stickiness left behind. Since it’s one of the first products applied after cleansing the slight tackiness doesn’t matter as it disappears under other products. Only time will tell if the results will stay but so far it’s been a great product. The Ordinary offers products that work at an affordable price AND they’re cruelty free. All wins in my book.
I ADORE Dose of Colors. The staying power is fantastic and the formula doesn’t feel very drying at all when compared to a lot of other matte liquid formulas. I wore Berry Me on my wedding day and only had to touch up a tiny bit once throughout the whole day. I would recommend DOC to anyone wanting to try out a liquid lipstick.
I’m a big fan of ColourPop because they have quality products at affordable prices. These liquid lipsticks are no exception. They’re easy to open and use and have pretty good staying power. Like any other matte liquid lipstick they can be fairly drying so that’s why -1 star. But you really can’t go wrong for the price.
Review for: Wisp (golden champagne with gold pearls with pearlized finish) more...
This was my first experience with highlighters and from the first look I was in love. The color is absolutely gorgeous, it doesn’t take much for the shimmer to show up, and the “Wisp” shade works well on my very fair skin. ColourPop makes it easy for makeup newbies like myself to try out looks without dropping the big bucks but the products ate still quality products. Will definitely purchase this again when I run out.
I’ve been using this stuff for several months now and with consistent use I’ve definitely seen a difference in the strength and health of my nails. They’ve been paper thin and peeling for years and are currently improving thanks to Hard as Nails. Remembering to apply it frequently is the hardest part. The one downside I’ve noticed is that the polish peels off fairly easy which doesn’t help with protecting and strengthening my nails at all. I feel like this works but I also feel like there’s something better out there.
I don’t wear nail polish regularly but when I do this stuff takes it off easily. It removes my weekly clear nail strengthening polish easily and doesn’t make my nails feel flimsy after using it. Cheap and it doesn’t have an extremely overpowering smell.
I went through a time where I got heartburn a lot no matter what I ate so we had to invest in these lovely giant bottles of antacids from Costco. They work well, are cost friendly, and don’t taste too bad. The only down side is they’re not as soft as Tums.
I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome as well as osteoarthritis so I get a lot of joint pain and I get it frequently. SalonPas patches are one of the ways I help to manage my frequent pain. They’re easy to use and pretty effective for me when used with other pain relieving methods. When you first apply them you get an intense feeling for about 20 minutes that eventually fades as you start to get relief. These are stronger than the original so the intense (almost icy hot burn like feel?) is more intense. They stick pretty well but you don’t get as many for the price like you do with the original strength ones. You’re also not supposed to use more than one at a time with these extra strength ones. And just like the original strength, you have to use them in a certain amount of time after opening the package or the effectiveness of them starts to wear off.

These patches have helped me so much as I can apply them all over and then go about my day or wear a few to bed. They stick really well and are priced reasonably for how many you get. You just have to use them in a certain amount of time after opening the package or the effectiveness of them starts to wear off.
