I've been with AT&T for a couple of years now and I have one of there grandfathered plans (Luckily) all the changes that they have recently been making can sometimes benefit you depending on what it is.. I never really had any problems but I do have to keep a close eye on the bill because occasionally some odd charges appear on the bill. Especially if I go into the store and make some changes. Sometimes the salesperson forgets to mention certain things. So really just be careful what they say in the store.
Sometimes Netflix takes to long to post some of my shows so to stay up to date with current shows I watch them on HULU I have a DVR at home but I live 4 other people that like to delete and record there own things. So with Hulu I can watch shows that I missed. Without having to wait for Netflix to post them.
I love Chase! Any issues or problems I ever had were solved in a timely manner. Never had to complain. I have been using Chase for more than 10 Years. I love that they stay up to date with technology. i.e..Apps
