Review for Neutrogena¬ģ Oil-Free Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 15 - 4¬†weeks, 1¬†day ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
I've been trying to use this product for so long, but it fails to work for me every time. Would not buy again. Disappointing.

PROS:
- Thin consistency, not heavy
- Doesn't make my skin feel dry
- "Oil free"
- The pump dispenser is great

CONS:
- Not cruelty-free
- Broke me out
- Makes my skin look SO greasy, even after applying on a well washed face
- Leaves a slight white/ashy cast on my face despite being only 15 SPF

Review for Palladio Baked Eye Shadow - 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
PROS:
- Cruelty-free
- Affordable (the sales on this brand is insane! Managed to snag this for $2 instead of $7)
- It's pigmented even when dry, and looks gorgeous wet, almost like liquid metal. I prefer to use it dry to highlight my cheeks, and use it wet on my eyelids
- Lasts a decent amount of time, more so if used wet
- Lot of product for the price

CONS:
- Slightly rough, dry and stiff formula
- If used dry, the shimmer gets dull as the day progresses
- The packaging is bulky, I struggle to open the lid sometimes
Review for Shop Miss A - 2 months, 2 weeks ago
PROS:
- Cruelty-free
- Affordable
- Great customer service, super helpful and kind. Silly errors now and then but that's alright!
- They package the products adorably

CONS:
- Some of the products have an unpleasant, almost concerning pungent scent
- Some products aren't pigmented or fade off quickly, I suggest checking reviews before buying

As for the things I purchased:
AOA Lashes
Kara Lashes
AOA Wonder Matte Liquid Lipstick
Kleancolour Eyebrow pencil and Lip liner
LA girl Lip Liner
LA girl Lip Gloss
AOA Studio Pencil Brush

They all performing well for the price! I would strongly suggest the lashes from AOA studio, pencil brush and the wonder matte liquid lipsticks.
Review for e.l.f. Contour Palette - 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
Review for: Dark Deep more...
PROS:
- Cruelty-free
- Vegan
- Affordable (originally $6, during sales you can snag it for $3!)
- Sleek, good packaging with a large mirror, the pans can be popped out easily to customise the palette
- The colours included are great and not overwhelming to choose from, there is a highlighter, warm toned, cool toned and darker colour included that makes it easy to contour or warm up the face on the go
- Soft, creamy and decently pigmented powders, easy to manipulate in terms of colour intensity, easy to layer
- Lasts a decent amount of time, although the highlighter included fades away within 2-3 hours of application on my oily skin
- Blends well
- Great for beginners
- Large amount of product for the price

CONS:
- Slightly powdery and messy
- Limited shade range: there are only two palettes available: light and dark, the former was way too light for me and the latter is too dark, so I have to tread carefully. The banana shade in the dark palette is noticeably dark for me, but the cool toned shade is perfect. An extension to cater to more shade ranges such as creating a medium palette, and a palette for my deep skinned friends would be highly appreciated

CONS:
- Slightly powdery and messy
- I struggle to seamlessly blend the blush, it does blend but you have to put in effort and time to get it to do so perfectly
- Limited shade range: there are only two palettes available: light and dark, the former was too light for me and the latter is too rich, so I have to tread carefully. Review for Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara - 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
PROS:
- Cruelty-free
- Easy to apply, the wand/brush has a great shape and size
- Makes appearance of lashes more prominent, mostly in terms of volume
- Easy to layer and build, doesn't clump as much as other mascaras
- Did not smudge nor flake, lasts a very long time
- Comfortable to wear

CONS:
- Does not lengthen lashes as much as it claims to through marketing
- Dispenses too much product especially at the middle of the brush, and can create a clump, the stopper could have been thinner to prevent this
- Struggles to hold the curl after 3 hours of application

[NOTE: Mascara was sent in as a complimentary gift from Influenster & Marc Jacobs. Apologies for the delayed review!]

Review for Clinique Acne Solutions Powder Makeup - 7 months, 2 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
PROS:
- Decent coverage, covers discoloration well
- Evens out skin tone
- Looks great in photos
- Has not caused any breakouts
- Sleek, elegant packaging

CONS:
- Not cruelty-free
- Poor staying power, would probably work better on dry to normal skin (disappears from my oily face within an hour)
- Exaggerates my pores and acne scars
- Weird shade range: the closest shade match is still far too pink for me

Review for Clinique Chubby Stick‚ĄĘ Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm - 8¬†months, 1¬†week ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
Review for: Super Strawberry more...
PROS:
- Moisturising and comfortable, keeps lips soft for a surprisingly long time compared to other lip balms
- Colour also lasts for surprisingly long time, the moisturizing sheen disappears after an hour but the colour remains stained on the lips
- Great for on the go

CONS:
- Not cruelty-free
- Cannot justify why anyone should spend $17.50 for this, when there are comparable products for less.
