I love this cleanser. I use it as a second cleanse, so I can’t speak to how effectively it removes makeup, but it’s my perfect second cleanse. It’s gentle, doesn’t strip my skin, doesn’t irritate, and has a low pH. I would highly recommend to my fellow oily or combination skinned people! I’m on my second bottle and will definitely purchase again!
This is the first eye cream I’ve ever really used, so I don’t have a basis of comparison here. That said, as I hit 30, I’ve noticed the beginnings of some fine lines around my eyes, as well as overall tightness/dryness. I have hereditary dark circles, and while I haven’t seen improvement there, this is such a nice, gentle, moisturizing cream that leaves the skin around my eyes feeling soothed and calm. I would highly recommend for someone just venturing into eye creams, and will plan on repurchasing!
This is hands-down my favorite mask! Whenever my skin starts feeling a little upset (more oily than usual, inflamed, angry pores, breakouts, etc) I will use this mask - usually at night while I watch Netflix. :) It has a strange texture to it - it’s like a clay/cream hybrid, and even when it’s completely dry it never gets that really tight/cracked feeling that some masks do. I will usually use it once a week or so, and two nights in a row if my face needs it. It calms my skin down in such a gentle way, and balances my oily skin without ever leaving it feeling stripped or tight.
So this is a teeeny bit embarrassing to admit, but when I cry, it completely demolished my face. My eyes puff up into oblivion, and my skin gets angry and tight around my eyes, and you know that awful dehydration-oily thing skin does sometimes? Yep.
THIS mask is the ONLY thing I have found that helps with ALL of the above! It diminishes puffiness. It soothes that tightness around my eyes. It calms down the red and angry. I hate that it’s so gosh-darn expensive, but hey. It’s magical. And you can’t argue with magical.
This mask is magical. I will use this whenever my skin starts feeling unhappy - clogged pores, pimples, general oily-ness. I’ll use a thin layer, typically as a spot treatment (hello, expensive!) but if I feel like I reallllly need it I’ll do my whole face. I love that you can really see it working to suck up the oil and junk from your pores! I like to use it right before bed, and then top my skin off with a calming serum. I ALWAYS wake up with clearer, more happy skin. Always.
I love this gloss! It is such a pretty neutral color, and I like the tingling effect of plumping glosses. I’m not sure how much it actually plumped my lips, but it feels very nourishing and moisturizing, and healthy lips look better anyways! I would repurchase.
This was an ok cleanser. I didn’t think it was worth the price - I’d have paid eight dollars for it from the drugstore, but no more. It’s fairly gentle -and while it did leave my skin feeling very faintly stripped, nowhere near the extent of, say, the Origins Checks and Balances cleanser. I would not repurchase simply as for the same price, I could get a cleaner that is much gentler.
Review for: SUNDAY RILEY U.F.O. Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil 0.5 oz/ 15 mL more...
I wanted so badly to like this! I had read so many glowing reviews from people with skin like mine: oily, dehydrated, sensitive, blemish-prone.
My skin HATED it. I gave it a couple weeks, and went from straight oil to blending it with other products, varying the amount, sandwiching it, applying it by itself. But no matter what I did or if I used one drop or six - it never absorbed, just sat on top of my skin all night long, leaving it congested, irritated, and smothered. It clogged my pores and left me a pretty unhappy camper. Would not recommend, but as always YMMV.
