This lip balm is absolutely incredible. Yes, it is absurdly priced for a lip balm, but it so luxe and nourishing. It has a faint rose scent (nothing overwhelming) and I keep it on my bedside table to use every night before bed. It's moisturizing and soothing without drying my lips out over the long term. The only negative (which I'd probably take off a half star for) is that it's in a pot, which I feel is unhygienic.
I think this is a five star product - if you know what you're signing up for! Hello Sailor is a super moisturizing lipstick with the color payoff of a tinted lip balm. I much prefer the soft, sheer berry shade that it morphs into than the sheer bright pink of Frog Prince, but my coloring is winter. Hello Sailor is an absolutely perfect work-day wear for me, and I'd recommend it to any other cool-toned people who want a slightly pigmented lipcolor you can apply without a mirror.
For the most part, I love Mint! I wish the budgeting aspect had better functionality but I love the transaction tracking and Mint has really helped me get a better perspective on my spending. I highly recommend it to anyone!
Unfortunately, I think this nail polish remover is really mediocre. For the price, there's not a ton of product & I have to use so much on each nail that I go through the entire bottle in only a few months. That isn't a lot of money, but compared to the bottles that lasted me a year or more, I'm surprised. It works FINE but it doesn't work, imo, exceptionally well, nor has it kept my nails in particularly better shape than any other nail polish remover. I love Julep, but I'd skip this product.
I've always been devoted to a lip balm that retails at $24 a tube, but when I first tried this "lip nourisher", everything changed. I was bummed to receive a lip balm initially (it was sent to me in an ipsy bag, I think), but this has become my absolute favorite lip balm I've ever used. Application is easy, it isn't remotely sticky, it absorbs quickly, and it keeps my lips feeling amazing for hours.
Customer service is really wonderful & I appreciate the extremely detailed survey they offer to curate products to your taste. I have found one holy grail item through beauty DNA, but in general I don't know that it's worth a $25 risk every month, since there is only one product per box!
Tweezerman is the end all be all when it comes to tweezers. They are always effective and are the one brand that never slips their grip on individual eyebrow hairs while plucking. I am not generally a product loyalist, but Tweezerman tweezers are the only ones worth buying.
These are the number one best potato chips of my life, and have been for the past decade and a half! They are spicy, but not overwhelmingly so, and really flavorful. Crispy and not too greasy... I could eat these jalapeño chips until I get sick, and no matter how healthy my diet otherwise, these are a guilty pleasure.
Apparently success with the NYX Liquid Suede Creams depends on the shade you use, but I have loved every one of mine. I have Soft-Spoken, Kitten Heels, Brooklyn Thorn, and Jet Set. The apply easily and are opaque, not too drying, and last quite a long time with no flaking, only fading by the end of the day.
