PROS: Really great customer service, Red Eye Flights from West to East Coast

I love JetBlue for their excellent service (I was one of the customers stuck in Logan for the big Feb 2008 storm and could not have been more pleased with how they handled such an unforeseen mess). But they also have great flight deals, comfy leather seats and TV to watch while you fly! They still have snacks and a pair of headphones is only a buck or two. I always fly with them if I can.

Flown with them for my first time with my then boyfriend to NYC. We got bumped up to a 'extra leg room' seats free of charge, and when we called to tell them we we're going to miss our flight (NYC traffic!) and asked what they could do, the woman was amazing and pushed our tickets to a flight an hour later for only $40! I will fly with them again, and again!

Jet Blue by far my favorite airline on the planet! I love the leg room, the personal tv and xm radio and of course the snack selection!! The best part of all is probably the fact that they are one of the only airlines that still offers your first checked bag for free! They have great customer service. I had a delayed flight to JFK once and they emailed me the next day with a $25 credit without me even having to coact them. I also like the trueblue rewards system. It doesn't seem to take forever to earn points like some other airlines!

Jet Blue is really my favorite airlines. In this day and age you have to love that you are still connected to the world when you are in the air. You never have to miss your favorite show because you are on the plane with the individual TVs in each seat. One time my tv didn't work and they gave me a few cocktails and said they were sorry they couldn't move me because the plane was full. On other airlines I would have expected them just to say "oh well" and let me be. They are really one of the only airlines left that has amenities like the TVs, legroom, and snacks and drink service. I wish they would fly everywhere because I would always fly their airline. I will pay the $20 or so extra over other airlines to fly with them. That's under the price you will pay to check a bag on other airlines anyways and your checked bag is free on JetBlue so it evens out. The best advice I can give is sign up for their emails and follow them on Twitter @jetbluecheaps. Every Tuesday they send out cheap deals for the following week and if there is one to/from your local airport they are usually totally worth it.

QUICK TIPS: Bring your own headphones so you don't have to fidget with fit or cleanliness.

I'm a Disney kid so I predominately fly back and forth from New York to Orlando. The thing that I appreciate the most is that jetBlue flies out of JFK, Westchester, and Stewart airports which gives me some leeway on which to fly from.

Not to sound even more like a kid, I appreciate any company that provides me with animal crackers and a tv to keep me busy.

I've always had friendly staff and easy check-ins and would fly with jetBlue without a question.

I love this airline. I've purchased many flights from them and they always have the best deals! Over the years their flight service has improved. I went from waiting 3 hours for my delayed flight to leaving on time for the past 4 flights with Jet Blue. They also have awesome discounts. I got flights to Las Vegas for $26 with a coupon code during Halloween weekend! The plane is clean and it takes me wherever I need it to. Their snacks are deeelish and I got a free beverage on my birthday! You can watch TV and listen to music on their streaming radio! You can check your 1st bag in free and it includes skis and snowboards! woot!!!

traveling with children is a hassle but JetBlue is by far the best airline when it comes to that... When I was traveling with my 3 months old child on a 4 hours trip, she was getting anxious and uncomfortable and their staff helped me along the way. I can't really say how much I appreciate their help, they went above beyond of what it was expected. Their customer service and flight attendants are the best out there... I LOVE Jetblue. I ONLY fly Jetblue. I love there trueblue program I fly all the time during the year. Their prices are really reasonable and they always have a good sale. I love the in flight entertainment, only because I get really bored during flights and books dont always keep my attention during flights because any sudden noise freaks me out. however i love jetblue always on time, you dont have to pay for your first bag, and they are always adding new places to travel to.

I have flown jetBlue twice. Both times it was a disaster. The first time, our plane was literally half way to our destination and one of the bathrooms on board was broken. So we had to turn all the way around and go back to our start point. While that makes no sense, I could understand. I could also understand arriving to my final destination (a one way flight) a whole 10 hours later than booked. My second time around, I was prompt and actually quite early for my flight. As I waited in the terminal, I was alarmed at how empty it was. Finally, I went to a neighboring kiosk of jetBlue and asked what was up. The woman was very rude, treated me like I was a moron and told me they moved to a different gate. Having been watching the screens and listening- NOTHING was mentioned. Yet, she acted as though I was an idiot for not reading her mind. I was completely dissatisfied and will never fly them again.

I travel ALOT and have been on MANY MANY MANY airlines, but as of late this is not only my favorite airline its also the only one i enjoy flying with. When i know im going to be flying i fly with JB, and when i cannot find a flight to my destination i already start dreading my flight because i know its not JB. Firstly and probably the most important thing is the prices of their tickets, whenever i compare prices JB is always the lowest, Second you get your first piece of luggage FREE, your carry on (which must be able to fit in the above compartment) FREE, and a personal item (purse, bag, laptopbag, etc aslong as is able to fit under seat infront of you) FREE. Now imagine if all you bring is that, all your really paying for is your ticket which is already such a low price. I havent yet had a bad experience with JB and I honestly doubt i will all the staff is always nice and extremely patient (try flying to dr lol) always informative and surprisingly giving (one flight attendant payed for a sandwich for everyone on flight since there were so few of us, another flight we had an extremely sweet attendant who was helping the older people around and cracking jokes with everyone)

I just flew home today from MacCarran airport to long beach airport on jetblue I am amazed how much leg room there was on this plane I loved the tv's in the head rests that offer free tv in flight and is compatible with your head phones or you can buy some for only $2. the flight attendants were very courteous and helpful I would definitely fly with this airline again and i would recommend this airline to everyone

The crew is always very nice and accommodating. You have a free, personal TV and XM Radio at your fingertips. They don't have every channel, but they have one of each kind and one for every age. The seats are comfortable and an alright amount of leg room. The snacks are surprisingly yummy and there is quite a variety. However, they only fly to so many places.

Whenever possible, I try to fly on jetBlue. They have direct flights from east coast to west coast, getting me there in under 6 hours. They have TV's in front of every seat, and I can use my own headphones. The first checked bag is free. They give you unlimited snacks and drinks. Yup, that's right, take as many cookies as you can handle (although they may ask you to wait until everyone has gotten some). Best of all, they let me fly with my puppy when I had to visit family for the holidays.

QUICK TIPS: Watch for fare sales - we almost snagged $50 fares to Puerto Rico for a quick weekend adventure but were too slow on the draw.

My sister does not go anywhere without her cat and dog. She and her boyfriend each fly with one of the pets. It has to be a one to one ratio. They also had to purchase plane carriers that fit specific expectations. I believe one of them was bought from JetBlue. Her pets have have been well cared for by JetBlue, I have heard of no other airline that took care of pets like them.

COSTA RICA! They have a nonstop service from Orlando to San Juan, CR. It is amazing!!! Also for the in-flight entertainment service, since they don't have Direct-TV signal, they play free movies!

It was quite good. I was flying from JFK to BUF. Staff was friendly, the flight was on time. They still serve a nice little snack in flight. Love the direct TV on every seat. They do a nice job!

My last experience was not as great as usual, I was flying out of JFK to MCO, and my flight was delayed an hour and 50 minutes. Because it was not actually delayed two hours, Jetblue did not offer any type of compensation for the long wait, nor did they offer an explanation for the wait time.

I have been flying with JetBlue for a few years now - it's the only airline I'll use. You get one free bag up to 50lb per person, you get free TV and Sirius Radio on the back of the seat so it helps time go by quick - plus it's the cheapest tickets I've ever been able to find. Everyone is super nice and they give you a lot of options for food and drink in flight.
