QUICK TIPS: refrigerate it!

I can NEVER sleep at night, probably due to the fact that I'm on the computer all day, but this product really works for me. The Snoozeberry flavor is my favorite but it can be a little gross if it's room temperature. Make SURE you put it in the fridge and it will taste yummy and refreshing. It makes me slowly get sleepy and not exhausted. I usually take this about 30 minutes before bed and it truly does help me fall asleep easily.

I did not mind the taste at all, I like the two flavors combined. This product worked pretty well for me and let me wake up refreshed and on time. After reviewing some of the things this product is made with I can understand why it works.

GABA is a "amino acid"
And L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (L-5-HTP) is Tryptophan which is also found in turkey ( that also promotes tiredness)

QUICK TIPS: Take with plenty of time to sleep (8 hours).

My husband has sworn by these for a long time now and i finally decided to give them a try.
I've tried other sleep aids before and they either don't have any effect or i wake up an hour into my sleep with insane nightmares.

This stuff is great if you know you need a good nights sleep. Works gradually but effectively and keeps me asleep!

When I was reading the information about Dream Water I was pretty skeptical if it would work or not.. Surprisingly, it did work on me! I drank Dream Water and I could feel more relaxed about 30 minutes after... I went to bed and I fell asleep within 10-20 minutes.
I like this product a lot because it takes me about an hour or two to just fall asleep. So I would highly recommend Dream Water to everyone!

Dream Water really works! I was a bit skeptical. Most natural sleep aids won't work for me, but within half an hour of drinking this I was asleep. It also helped me sleep through the night, a rarity for me, and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

I didn't chill mine, which was probably a mistake. The Snoozeberry had a great taste, though it was a bit tart at room temperature.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has any sort of sleeping issue.

So yesterday I had a cup of coffee late yesterday morning. I am very sensitive to the effects of caffeine but I wanted a little boost so I had a small cup with a protein-packed lunch. By 11PM last night, I was feeling WIDE AWAKE. I'm a very light-sleeper too who takes forever to nod off so I figured, with all the odds against me, I'll give it a go. Down goes the Dream Water. I slept like a baby all night. In fact, I don't even remember being in my bed, I fell asleep so quickly. This stuff is like magic!

QUICK TIPS: Refrigerate before drinking!

I really works. 1 bottle and you're asleep! It takes about 30 minutes or so to get you to close your eyes. It is worth buying. It doesn't taste good if you put it in normal temperature, so make sure you refrigerate it before it gets into your mouth! I usually can't sleep during the night time. After using this..? Wow, it works and help to solve my sleeping problems.

So i was a bit skeptical of this product at first. I needed to get my sleeping schedule on track and could NOT go to sleep early. So I decided to try the one I got in my Vox Box and drank it an hour or so before the time I wanted to go to sleep. About 40 minutes later I slowly started to feel tired and had no problems falling asleep once I got in the bed.

For someone who is continually tossing and turning throughout the night, this is a dream come true! They really do work! Like others have said it is not a drug so its not going to straight knock you out, but it definately does help you wind down and drift off to sleep, plus is helps to keep me asleep! And the taste can't be beat! As others have said make sure they are cold or they do taste a little funny. These definately deserve a try on those stressful nights!

I tried the snoozeberry flavor, and was not impressed. I thought the product had a bitter taste, likely due to the fact that it's a "zero calorie" sleep aid. While claiming to be all natural and able to help with sleep, these claims have not been FDA-approved, meaning that the product has not been required to show effectiveness before entering the market. As for sleep, I slept well that night, but I usually do, so I do not attribute my restfulness to dream water.

I normally have an extremely difficult time sleeping. I suffer from very bad anxiety which causes my sleep to suffer, and I'm actually prescribed two sleeping medications. I was pleased to receive this in my VoxBox and try it. At first I was afraid of it, though, as I'm always afraid that these types of things will taste strange or have a weird effect on me. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it tastes pretty good. I drank it 15 minutes before bed time, and it did help me relax. I skipped my sleeping meds that night to really test it, and it still took me a while to fall asleep, but I definitely didn't feel overly anxious while falling asleep, and I stayed asleep the whole night. Even my fiance was surprised!

I got a free sample of these a a health fair. I was pretty excited to get them, because i am such a light sleeper, its almost impossible for me to sleep through a night. QUICK TIPS: Don't use every night.

Not a big fan of sleep aids for various reasons and never use them, but decided to try this since I received it and honestly didn't think it would work. I drank it before bed, just to see, and to my surprise I did find myself more sleepy then usual by bedtime. It didn't knock me out, but it did help me fall asleep. The flavor was also pretty good.

It might be cheaper to just buy some melatonin pills, but these would be more pleasant than pills for those who wants a sleep aid. Just don't use them every night, over use of melatonin can possibly cause you to become dependent on it to sleep after a while. For use once in a while I'd recommend it though.

Honestly this product did not work for me. I tried this twice because I have a difficult time relaxing enough to fall asleep at a usual time but it just made me have to go pee in the middle of the night. I did not receive this product in a VoxBox but saw it at my local Walgreens and decided to try it. It tastes pretty good but did not relax me anymore than a warm cup of Sleepytime tea would have.

I really don't think it is dangerous. They are natural sleep and relaxation aids. Melatonin is a chemical that is naturally produced in the brain to promote sleep. I have been given recommendations by health care professionals that if you are having some problems sleeping it might be helpful to take melatonin pills. It seems much less dangerous than energy shots that are used commonly.
