I have tried the Desert Essence Coconut Shine & Refine Lotion that I received from my Influenster Naturals VoxBos 2012. My hair has been damage due to blow drying, being in the pool and in the sun a lot this summer. I must say that I do notice a difference by me using it. My hair is almost back to normal. Desert Essence Coconut Shine & Refine hair lotion soften, detangled and moistures my hair. But I do find myself washing my hair a bit more because my hair seems to get a little oily. Otherwise I love it. Thank you for introducing me to Desert Essence Coconut Shine & Refine.
I love the way this de-tangles my wet hair and keeps it smooth while blow drying and styling. The only con is the smell. It is not a bad smell, but for someone who is not a fan of coconut it is kind of a bummer. I still give it an A though!

My hair is a never ending struggle. I have ringlet curls, messy waves, and pin straight hair... all at the same time on my head. Keratin treatments have never worked and I'm always straightening or curling my hair. Frizz is always taking over no matter what I do. I use in leave in conditioner, creams, and gels. My leave in conditioner reduces some of the frizz, but it was this lotion that finally got rid of the rest. It adds a lovely finishing shine, a terrific smell, and smooths down all that frizz. My hair is still bouncy (a must for me) and healthier after continuous use. I'll definitely be purchasing this again!

I was really surprised by how well this worked. It might be the nicest thing I received in my Naturals Voxbox from Influenster. It smells wonderful (and the smell lasts). It also made my hair feel softer and look nicer. I can't see myself going back to my old hair product after having been introduced to this.
This is the best smelling hair product I have ever used! It says it controls frizz and makes your hair shine but I haven't seen any shine with my hair... Could be because I have naturally dry coarse hair but it still controls the frizz which is good!
I really liked this hair product. It smells great, and the smell lasts a while. (I could smell it well into the next day.) I also thought it gave my hair a nice shine, and it helped with flyaways.
I felt weird about putting lotion on my hair, but I actually like this a lot. I have to keep my hair up for work, and my hair is so frizzy that it won't stay put without hairspray. I started using this instead of the spray and it keeps my frizzies at bay without making my hair hard like the hairspray did - love it! Plus the coconut smell is really nice. I have yet to really use this with my hair down, but so far I'm enjoying this a lot.
Have used on both wet and dry hair, a little goes a long way. It has helped keep the shine in my hair in between washes as well as keeping my hair healthier. Love using this especially when using a curling iron or flat iron.
I have dry and damaged hair and I love using this! It smells amazing and adds a lot of moisture to my hair. I usually use it dry, even though it can be used wet or dry. It also helps me prolong washing (I usually wash bc my hair dries out so fast). This helps keep it nice and lush

I have damaged hair due to blow drying and straitening, and this product has done an amazing job repairing the damage I've done. I use it to smooth frizz and help mend split ends and it works all day. While I use it on my dry hair I'm sure it works just as well on wet hair. Since beginning using it every day my hair has gotten softer, and I've gotten compliments on the smell. I've worn this instead of perfume more than once, I love coconut scents and this smells delicious. I can't recommend it enough, I will be buying from desert essence again.

I used to use conditioner on dry haur to smooth flyaways but no longer. When I received this it was like an answer to my frizzy hair prayers. Did I mention that it smells AMAZING (like you're on a beach in Mexico). Can make your hair look greasy if you use too much...so...just use a tad.

This smells sooooo good!!! I really really like this product. It made my hair so soft and smooth, and did help a bit with frizz. I have very frizzy hair, so it helped a little bit. You only have to use a tiny bit and it goes a long way.

This stuff is so great, I have to fight my mother off it. It make both of our hair soft and silky. mine is curly and fine, hers if straight and coarser, but it does wonders for both of us!

I am really loving the smell of this product. Very tropical smelling. I could tell a difference after the first time I used it that it made my hair unbelievably soft and smooth! I would totally recommend this product to anyone with dry or damaged hair!
SO naturally I already have silky smooth long straight hair so I dont use any products in my hair. HOWEVER sense I got it in my box I said Hey why not:) And boy was I wrong about my hair, after using this product for a week I noticed that my hair became smoother and softer. As it turns out I have super dry hair.
This def helped moisturize it.
Like i said though, I am not use to using hair products so I gave it to my dad who has a cabnit filled with natural olive hair creams.
He gives this product an A and uses it on the daily:)

It slightly helped with my hair. I have over-processed blonde hair so it helped in the beginning but didn't last all day. I only used it on the ends of my hair though since I don't have frizz near my roots.
