I've been working my way through Cassey's beginner's calendar and I am in love with Blogilates but I'm finding doing everything barefoot is making my feet hurt to the point there are days I can't do it. What kind of shoes do you guys use for these workouts and why?

I have running sneakers, but I didn't want to exercise in them so I went to Dicks and bought a pair of Cross Training shoes. There are several different brands and I got a pair of Nikes (because that's the brand of running shoes I have). If you go to any sneaker store they should be able to help you pick out the right pair. Also make sure you're doing her workouts on a yoga mat because that can make all the difference for your feet.

You could also put a really good insole in your current athletic shoes. This way your foot is fully supported and maybe you save money on buying new sneakers. Also, are you doing these exercises barefoot on a yoga mat? If on the mat it hurts, you could try folding it over for more support. Hope this helps!
