I've been working my way through Cassey's beginner's calendar and I am in love with Blogilates but I'm finding doing everything barefoot is making my feet hurt to the point there are days I can't do it. What kind of shoes do you guys use for these workouts and why?

I use to love my nike frees because they never hurt my feet but when I started doing more floor exercises, I switched to aspics because they didn't slip around as much. They are the most comfortable shoes I have every owned.

I usually go with wearing shoes if she's wearing shoes in the video, but if she's barefoot then I go barefoot.I normally wear my running shoes because they are light and provide support.

I usually do her workouts barefoot too, but if not I just wear some sturdy tennis shoes.
If you wanna look at something other than tennies, look for those yoga/Pilates shoes they have out. Possibly pricey, but I've heard the right brand is very much worth it!
