I've been working my way through Cassey's beginner's calendar and I am in love with Blogilates but I'm finding doing everything barefoot is making my feet hurt to the point there are days I can't do it. What kind of shoes do you guys use for these workouts and why?

I usually go with wearing shoes if she's wearing shoes in the video, but if she's barefoot then I go barefoot.I normally wear my running shoes because they are light and provide support.

I usually do her workouts barefoot too, but if not I just wear some sturdy tennis shoes.
If you wanna look at something other than tennies, look for those yoga/Pilates shoes they have out. Possibly pricey, but I've heard the right brand is very much worth it!

I have running sneakers, but I didn't want to exercise in them so I went to Dicks and bought a pair of Cross Training shoes. There are several different brands and I got a pair of Nikes (because that's the brand of running shoes I have). If you go to any sneaker store they should be able to help you pick out the right pair. Also make sure you're doing her workouts on a yoga mat because that can make all the difference for your feet.
