CONS: sometimes she isn't loud enough
I'm actually doing a 30 day ab challenge and on some of the days i need to do the "abs on fire" videos. Really is amazing! Tomorrow will be my 20th day (as i write this) and i have sen lots of improvements. I'm also doing a 30 day push up challenge at the same time. It really holds me accountable that way.

I used to Like her
PROS: Convenient, cheap
I used to like blogilates but then I switched to going to the gym. Blogilates is great for people on the go and just starting out but once you need something more intense I go to the gym. I still use blogilates' ab workouts sometimes though.

Great for beginners
I only just started working out, and her beginners workout vids are great! They're easy to do, and very effective. Plus, her recipes look soo good, I'm going out to get some ingredients to make her vegan, no bake key lime pie asap!

PROS: Beginners get a beginners workout calendar for free on her website. She has quick on-the-go workouts too!
QUICK TIPS: A pilates exercise mat is suggested if you have hard floor or flat carpet
Cassey is like your personal trainer/best friend. She's super supportive and she speaks so strongly in her blog. She's a fun spirit. Always bubbly and smiling in her workout videos. In the Blogilates app, the community in the forums are really nice and encouraging. I strongly suggest you give Blogilates a try.

She doesn't make me feel fat
PROS: Fun, Free, Inspiring
CONS: If you don't have money or internet you're screwed
Found her googling one day. Her sight is wonderfully easy to navigate, her workout videos and plans are FREE, just have to sign up, and she never has made me feel fat with any one of the videos on her website. She makes you feel human! And on top of it, her workouts are super fun!

So much great, free workout and health food content!
PROS: lots of free workout and recipe content, very encouraging, challenging, great HIIT workouts, very organized website
CONS: Sometimes doesn't countdown, rarely ever tells you in the beginning how many reps you'll do
I got into doing Blogilates when I wanted more HIIT workouts to do. Generally I like her workouts, but she's not very consistent in counting down. She says encouraging things throughout the workout, but more countdowns would help with pushing to the very end. (For instance, did a workout recently where I thought one move would never end and when it did she said something about how she was doing it to the end of the song and she didn't even realize how long that would be... which doesn't seem very planned out. Of course, it's free so I can't really complain that much.) I really like how organized the site is though. I feel like it's really quick and easy to get to the workouts and recipes (easier than Tone It Up, which I love). Only other nitpicky things I would say is I don't agree with the "fight through the pain" mantra, as pain can be an indicator that you should stop because you've strained a muscle. Most of the time I think she means "fight through the burn," which is different from a pain in a muscle, and I know she's just trying to be encouraging, but it could cause injury. Of course, I could just be understanding her to mean one thing when really she just means continue through the burn, but not through an actual injury.

Love her enthusiasm! Have a hard time not stopping the video because I am laughing at what she says. She really works you out!

Blogilates are great, and the e-mails from Cassey are so positive! I just did The Victor's Workout, and it was incredibly intense.

Yes. It is all workout videos that she has for different parts of the body. You can look it up on YouTube. They are short videos, but this girl knows what she is talking about. She has a video for every part you want to work.

Her recipes are great! I haven't tried too many of them, but I love watching the videos. What I love about them is that she actually calculates the 'cost' of her version compared to how much it would be if you went out and bought an unhealthier version of the same thing! Very cool.

I've been working my way through Cassey's beginner's calendar and I am in love with Blogilates but I'm finding doing everything barefoot is making my feet hurt to the point there are days I can't do it. What kind of shoes do you guys use for these workouts and why?

I use to love my nike frees because they never hurt my feet but when I started doing more floor exercises, I switched to aspics because they didn't slip around as much. They are the most comfortable shoes I have every owned.

I usually go with wearing shoes if she's wearing shoes in the video, but if she's barefoot then I go barefoot.I normally wear my running shoes because they are light and provide support.

I usually do her workouts barefoot too, but if not I just wear some sturdy tennis shoes. If you wanna look at something other than tennies, look for those yoga/Pilates shoes they have out. Possibly pricey, but I've heard the right brand is very much worth it!

I love the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge. Sometimes as a workout I'll do cardio for 10-20 min and then do the Squat Challenge as many times as I can.
