Review of:
Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color

Spice up your nails
September 27, 2012
CONS: Lacks color selection, wish there were more magnet designs
QUICK TIPS:
The bottle says to hold for 10 seconds but I like to add in an addition 5-10 seconds to be on the safe side
I think this is a cool concept but I personally feel like it's something I wouldn't always gravitate toward, sort of like the other nail trends we've seen like crackle polish and such, it just gets old after awhile.
Verdict:
yes

Smooth Legs!
September 27, 2012
Bought this on a whim and I ended up loving it! Makes my legs very soft and smooth. I haven't encountered any razor burns with this at all! It also lathers up really well so a little goes a long way. It seems to last quite awhile as well.
Verdict:
yes

Who doesn't love OPI?
September 27, 2012
PROS: Lasts long
One of the few higher end polishes I like to splurge on. They last a good length of time on my nails and majority of them apply on smoothly. I always enjoy the quirky names they come up with for these polishes as well. They come out with collections frequently and I like that because they stay up to date with the latest nail trends/colors.
Verdict:
yes

A-Mazing!
September 27, 2012
PROS: Smells so good!
QUICK TIPS:
Condition your ends and whatever is left, gently spread toward scalp
This has become my new favorite shampoo/conditioner. I originally was skeptical about this shampoo since I have fine hair and the shampoo looks quite thick (afraid it will weight my hair down) but after using this, that wasn't the case at all. My hair ends up feeling very clean and soft. I also like the philosophy behind this because I would've never thought about much when it comes to my scalp and the fact that I can use the thick conditioner toward my roots without it being greasy is great.
Verdict:
yes

Urban Outfitters
September 27, 2012
CONS: Pricey
QUICK TIPS:
If you want sale items, go to the store vs online. Guarantee you'll find it for way cheaper!
I feel like UO has many trendy and unique clothing I find worth while. They however are quite pricey and I've even witness prices racking up right before my eyes when I browsed online. There was this bag that got shifted up to an extra $10, wth? Despite that, I still the selection this place has to offer. I always shop the sale racks though lol but I do find great deals especially in store where the sales are even cheaper compared to online.
Verdict:
yes

Love!
September 28, 2012
QUICK TIPS:
Layer with the rest of the line to keep scent longer
I'm a long shopper of B&BW and their shower gels have never disappointed. There are so many scents to choose from and they always have good promos with their body care so I always get these in bulk especially during the semi-annual sales. The shower gels have a nice lather and don't leave any residue.
Verdict:
yes

Great Summer Box!
September 28, 2012
I received this as my first box and I couldn't have been more happy. All the items in this box were great and I was able to incorporate all in my routine. Since then, I purchased full sized version of a few like the Clear Shampoo and Quaker Bars. I did like the Magnetic nail polish but I kind of wish it was a more brighter color. It seems all the colors in the Magnetic line were on the darker side anyways but it would've been nice to get a nail color to fit the summer theme a little more.
Verdict:
yes

Tasty!
September 28, 2012
QUICK TIPS:
Tastes better warm!
These are great for me when I'm rushing out the door for my morning classes. If you love Banana Nut Bread, I'm sure you'll love this since it's exactly like it though the consistency is a little more like an oatmeal cookie.
EDIT: I've since then tried the peacon flavor and I have to say I enjoy the peacan a lot more. Its not as hard like the banana nut.
Verdict:
yes

Summer in a bottle
September 28, 2012
This is one of the few sunscreens that doesn't leave me feeling greasy. It's very absorbent and love that it makes my skin soft. The smell is like coconuts and flowers so it's quite tropical-like.

Absorbent!
September 28, 2012
I don't use hand cream very often but this was great. I have dry cuticles and even after washing my hands, they still felt very soft. I do feel like I still have to re-apply even though it's market as 24-hour wear.

Great pads!
September 28, 2012
I already use their Infinity pads so I was happy to receive a sample of this. I will say though that I prefer using the regular Infinity versus the Radiant version just because these are scented and they kind of irritate with my sensitive skin.

Fun patterns
September 29, 2012
CONS: Sizing is off
QUICK TIPS:
Trim the strips to accommodate your nail size
I think these are a fun way to spice up your nails especially with the more intricate designs. The longevity of these strips don't last very long on their own but with a top coat, I was able to get a week's worth of wear.

Love B&BW Candles!
October 1, 2012
The minis are a great way to try out new scents. If you tend to get sick of smelling the same scent, these would be more convienent to switch around vs. getting the bigger sizes. The minis are a little pricer now since they're in the glass container instead of the old plastic ones (safety hazard I guess). I kind wish they still came in the plastic because then I could use them as candle tarts. Oh well!

Nice
October 3, 2012
PROS: Affordable
I like how this makes my skin feel as the consistency is on the creamy side so it helps moisturize my skin. I feel like it does the job but I'm not completely sold on this product, not to say it's bad or anything. Its more of something I like vs. something I love.

PINK!
October 3, 2012
I love the PINK line from Victoria's Secret. I mostly get their hoodies and bottoms because they're super comfy. Some of them can be pricey but to be honest I will gladly pay the price. Their clothes are fun and girly and it just lightens my mood whenever I'm wearing it.

A classic
October 3, 2012
I think a good chunk of people have had the experience to try out a Hersey's Kiss and they are just cute little mini bite-sized chocolates that can problematically lead you to have more lol. My favorite are the peppermint kisses and I can't wait for the upcoming holidays to get some! These in particular are white chocolate with small micro chunks of peppermint bark.

Yum!
October 3, 2012
My mom would always get me a box of these during the holidays when I was a little kid and I've been loving these since. I like the multiple layers in this ball of chocolate and luckily I like hazelnuts so I don't mind the taste. I'll admit, they do kind of overdo the nuts on the outer shell of the chocolate so it might minimize the chocolatey flavor a bit.

Interesting
October 3, 2012
PROS: Many flavors
These are a good mini snack for on the go or break time. I do find the texture a little difficult to chow down with but I guess it just takes time getting use to. The calories are a bit high for such a small bar but the ingredients are all natural so I guess you're getting your healthy fats in vs. artifical ingredients.

Best froyo!
October 3, 2012
CONS: I usually prefer self-serve just because I'm quite indecisive with that toppings I want and don't want to hold the line up
I don't know what they do or where they get their fruit toppings but it always tastes so good whenever I visit them. It's very fresh I suppose. I also like the texture/consistency of their froyo because it's not too mushy or runny unlike other places. Finally, the yogurt actually tastes like frozen yogurt. I feel like this is the only place (so far) that has the right amount of tartness in their froyo.

Pricey!
October 4, 2012
CONS: Expensive, Wish they had more locations in my area
They have such cute clothing/accessories and decor items but boy is it expensive. I could afford at most the house and decor items but even those are quite steep in price.

Meh...
October 5, 2012
This was definitely all the rage in high school but even then I wasn't impressed. They have cute casual clothes but the price doesn't justify it. I also feel like the quality has been declining.

Good stuff!
October 5, 2012
I really like The Body Shop and try to shop there when I get the chance. I really like a lot of their skincare items, particularly the tea tree line since it helps combat with my oily/acne-prone skin. I'm also a huge fan of their hand sanitizers because they smell great (doesn't have that alcohol scent to it)

Fresh!
October 7, 2012
This is the only mouthwash brand I've used so I can't really compare it to anything but I love the extra fresh/clean feel when I use this right after I brush my teeth. I get a mild aftertaste but it goes away fairly quickly.

Changed my thoughts on greek yogurt!
October 8, 2012
CONS: A bit pricey
QUICK TIPS:
Add oats, extra fruit, or use it in smoothies
The first time I tried greek yogurt, it was appalling and it made me wonder who could eat this stuff. I've been hearing a lot of hype about Chobani so I decided to give their brand a shot. I'm really glad I did because it's delish! My favorite so far has to be Strawberry Banana but my least favorite would be Peach. Its a good source of protein and is a good snack that keeps me full.

Coke
October 8, 2012
Though I don't drink soda anymore, coke has always been a classic. Like the old question, Coke or Pepsi, its Coke ;)

Love Michaels!
October 8, 2012
I'm into all sorts of crafts and this is a great place to get most of what I need. I'm currently into DIY bracelets and they have a good variety of beads and supplies. The art supplies on the otherhand are kind so overpriced. I took a painting class once and when I went to buy oil paints & canvases...holy hell! Definitely get those 40% coupons when you can.

EOS!
October 10, 2012
These cute little egg shaped lip balms are convenient for me when I want to rummage around my black hole of a purse to find my lip balm. It does a fair job at keeping my lips moist and soft. If you have very chapped lips, I'd suggest something else since these won't be able to help by much. Its not my favorite lip balm but I love that it doesn't contain harsh ingredients and they have yummy flavors!

Not for me...
October 10, 2012
For me I do not detect any green tea from this at all. Knowing Lipton, their tea drinks tend to be more on the fruity flavor and I should've expected that this one is just that. There's just no aroma to it...its almost like juice to me, yuck!

Looking good Influenster!
October 11, 2012
There's so much to do with the new relaunch and I love that I always have something to do when I log on here. Adding the photos and videos to individual reviews make it really fun and I like to see what other members have regarding those products. Can't wait for other new editions to the website!

Great notebooks for class!
October 11, 2012
My favorite notebooks to use! I love the poly plastic covers since they make the notebook a lot more durable. Love the extra pocket(s) inside so I can store more notes/handouts. The paper is good quality and there is adequate space between the margins and metal spiral because with other notebooks I tend to touch the metal part and it bothers me when I write, especially since I'm left-handed. I usually like getting the bigger subjects for college since have at most 2-3 classes a day so its much more convienent to carry one big notebook but thats just my preference. Though durable, they end up being on the heavy side. They also come in fun designs and other basic colors that just make notetaking a little more
fun.

Post-Its!
October 11, 2012
These are a must for me when it comes to school. Being in college, I really don't want to mark my expensive textbooks and these are a good way to mark my place or jot down some notes for the more important sections. They're so colorful and fun. Have them in all sorts
of sizes and shapes to accomadate my studies :)

Addicting
October 12, 2012
Pocky has definitely been a good part of my childhood lol. The chocolate has a good amount of sweetness that just goes so well with the plain biscuit/pretzel stick. I love the strawberry flavor as well. If you haven't tried these, you must!

Wanted to like it
October 13, 2012
I really wanted to like this but it just doesn't do it for me. One, it made my face ichy so sensitive skinned people beware. The coverage to me is about medium. I suppose you could get away with fuller coverage but then it would start looking a bit cakey. I have the matte version since
I have oily skin but even that one didn't do much with keeping my face oil-free. I mean I'm not expecting it to keep my face completely matte
but I was hoping it would help me cheat an hour or two without blotting. The one thing I do like is how lightweight this feels. It also has SPF so thats always a plus especially in a mineral form. I'm glad this works for many others but just didn't cut it for me.

Cute game
October 13, 2012
I downloaded this for my iPod Touch on a whim and its a pretty cute game to pass the time. Like most puzzle games, starts off pretty easy and then gets more challenging as you go. Some levels get pretty agitating leaving me to go "how the heck do you even do that" lol but its really fun and gets your mind going.

Love it but a little flimsy.
October 17, 2012
Its great that I can have fresh water on the go and not waste the extra time. I love the different colors for the filters so whenever I replace it, it almost looks like I have a brand new one. Like many have said, the plastic definitely is on the flimsy side like the regular
water bottles which is a shame since its kind of pricey so in a sense you're basically paying for the filter (at least thats how I see it). Comes in many sizes but I find the 13oz perfect for my school bag.

Pretty good !
October 17, 2012
I've never been a huge fan of dark chocolate but for this line its tolerable at 60-70%. I've tried going for the higher % but its just too bitter for my taste. Does taste better in smaller increments so I guess thats the best way to try if you want to get into the darker stuff.

Yum!
October 19, 2012
My friends and I got this yesterday and this is so tasty! The chocolate is really rich and creamy and ah! It just metls in your mouth. They had some interesting combinations like cornflakes but I'm going to try either the hazelnut or almonds next!

Better than expected
October 20, 2012
I've been dying to try out these spiral pins for ages so I was so happy to get them in the bb box. I have straight slick hair and these didn't budge, they actually stayed put. At first I was a little skeptical since I received the light pins for light hair. I have very dark brown hair but once you interlock these pins into the bun you don't even see them so that was a big plus!

Couldn't get past the taste
October 20, 2012
I just can't with the EBOOST. The taste was bitter-like and just ended up having a hard time drinking this. I tried adding more water to dilute the bitterness and though it helped its still not the in my favor of taste. I've never been the type to drink energy drinks but based on the ingredients for this one, it would be a healthier alternative. As for the vitamin aspect, I'll just go the old fashion way eating fruits and veggies and taking my supplements.

Good lotion
October 23, 2012
I think the lotions in their VS Fantasy line are decent. Its nothing too special but I do tend to gravitate more toward them since they have so many yummy smelling scents! But since we're talking about the Endless Love scent in particular, I'll say this one is good but not great. Of course scents are different for everyone and we all like what we like but when I smell Endless Love it kind of reminds me of some Herbal Essence shampoo. It's just a little too fresh for my liking and I'm more of the fruity/floral scents.

Works great but smell is strong!
October 23, 2012
This is one of the few dry shampoos I've encountered so far that actually works well for my limp and easily oily hair. I don't get that gray cast when I spray this on and it adds the slightest amount of volume. The one con I have is the strong citrus smell. I originally loved it the more I use this, the more the scent bothers me because its so strong! The scent just lingers on and overpowers any other scents I happen to wear.

Jamba Juice!
October 24, 2012
Almost every Jamba Juice location I go to is packed and I can't blame these people, it's gooood! I usually get the original flavors when I come here, thst being mango-a-go-go and razzmatazz! So yummy!

Free of chemicals
October 25, 2012
Heard a lot about Zoya so I decided to try out a couple of their polishes and I must say I really like them. The online site is really useful since they scale how sheer or opaque the polishes are (1 be the sheerest to 5 being the most opaque). They're also free of chemicals like toluene, formaldehyde, phthalates and camphor so I'm more than happy to spend a little extra on them but of course they usually come out with good deals every now and then if you follow their FB page. Overall, these are good nail polishes and I have yet to be disappointed.

My holy grail!
October 25, 2012
PROS: Affordable
QUICK TIPS:
All I need is a pump & 1/2 for my entire face
I cannot get enough of this facial cleanser. I've gone through countless bottles of these and its the best thing to date for my acne-prone skin. Initially, I thought this didn't work out for me because I started getting breakouts the week time I used this. I came to the conclusion that my face just needed time to adjust to this because I went through the whole purging of pimples (sounds gross, sorry!) process and by the next week, I had no problems and started getting more clear skin. I'm also glad that this is a foaming cleanser that actually works. Usually foaming cleansers tend to subdue after a few seconds but this one keeps a good lather throughout.

Inexpensive
October 25, 2012
PROS: Cheap!
When it comes to elf products, its either a hit or miss. I personally find most value in their tools like makeup brushes and mechanical eyelash curler. With the brushes though, I prefer the ones that are from the $3 line. I also have a few of their blushes and the infamous bronzer/blush duo known to be a dupe for NARS (it isn't) but either way, its only $3 and it works well, at least for me it does. I try to avoid the other face makeup because I don't feel comfortable using cheap foundation especially since I have sensitive/acne-prone skin, afraid it might break me out but everything else is pretty solid.
Verdict:
yes

Buttery Goodness
October 25, 2012
CONS: Melts easily
I can see why this product gets the hype that it does. These lip butters apply like a dream as they go on oh so smooth. Some are sheer while other are very pigmented but even the sheer ones can be opaque since the colors are quite buildable. I would of love to have given this product an A but I just felt like the moisture wasn't as long-lasting as I would've anticipated. I get that dry feeling after an hour of wear and would end up having to reapply. These also melt around the rim of the lip container pretty easily which can get a little annoying.

Juicy bitten lips!
October 25, 2012
CONS: Small color selection
I thought nothing would surpass the love for the Revlon lip butters but I think these come in real close to beating them or dare I say better than the lip butters? Once applied, I get a nice touch of color and when that fades, it leaves a pretty nice stain like you've just eaten a cherry popsicle. Some have compared this to the Clinque chubby sticks but they have their slight differences, mainly the fact that the Clinque one isn't a stain. As far as scent, I'm not too fond of the minty flavor but its alot better than the Clinque one though, that one has an artificial lipstick taste. It took me awhile to jump onto the bandwagon for these though because many of the colors weren't too appealing for me since I tend to go for the more neutral shades and the only one that fit that category was Honey. Maybe I'll just have to suck it up and be a little more adventurous and get the other shades because I just love how these lip stains look and feel.

Frapp addict!
October 25, 2012
I realize I main go here during the summer because I enjoy their cold beverages. My usual consists either a passion ice tea lemonade or their frappuccinos. I don't go their too often since it can be pricey overtime but I do have their rewards card and I can get any drink of any size free during my b-day month + other perks so there is a little incentive lol.

Love/Hate Relationship
October 26, 2012
I love F21 for their affordable prices. Its a nice way to get trendy/fashionable apparel without spending the big bucks on something that you might get tired of as time goes on. There are periods where I don't shop there because I get quite fed up with the quality but at the same time it just depends on what you get. I have some of their clothes that have lasted me years while others on;y a couple of months. I also love getting their jewelry since they come out with good mimics of other high end ones so why not? If we can agree on one thing, it is their stupid non-existent return policy, once you buy it, your stuck with it.

My favorite from their Volum' Express line
October 29, 2012
CONS: Hard to get bottom lashes, smudges
This has to be my favorite mascara from Maybelline that is apart of their Volum' Express line. I have thin, sparse, and stubbornly straight lashes and this mascara really helps combat those issues. It plumps up my lashes from the roots up and they just look so nice and plump without looking clumpy. It also holds a curl really well but mind you I always buy the waterproof version. I love the big brush as it coats most of my lashes. I have a little difficulty getting my bottom lashes for this one. Though waterproof, I find it smudges on me from time to time and I end up with weird lines on my under-eye area.

Not bad!
October 29, 2012
CONS: Can flake
I originally wasn't pleased by this mascara but after trying it a few more times, its not so bad. Its more on the lengthening side versus volume which was a disappointment for me as I tend to prefer more volume over length as I have sparse yet decently long lashes. It also took time to get use to the curve of the brush because first few times trying it, I felt like it wasn't grabbing onto my lashes. Unlike the Colossal mascara, I was able to use this brush for my lower lashes without getting it smudged all over the place. One thing that annoys me a little with is mascara is upon removal, it tends to flake leaving little bits of mascara...not a huge issue but I did have to find an easier method to remove my eye makeup when I use this. As the name implies, I did actually get that "flared" look when I wore this but that was only after I had two+ coats on.

Mattified
October 29, 2012
I tend to go back and forth with this powder but for the most part, it really helps mattify my skin. Its quite inexpensive and you get a lot of product. There are times I use this daily and for months and not hit pan on the product. It does have a slight floral scent but its nothing overbearing unless you do have a sensitive nose. Not a huge fan of how its packaged as the plastic top tends to easily come off so it may be inconvenient if you want to carry this around in your purse for touch ups.

Use to love it
October 29, 2012
I use to love this show. My favorite character is Blair. I just love her conniving ways when it comes to trouble. I stopped watching after season 4 though because it seems they pretty much hooked up the whole cast together and were just overplaying all the relationships of the couples...

Great minty mask!
November 1, 2012
PROS: Cheap, easily accessible
For only a few bucks, this does wonders to my skin. This is a great mask to help dry up any of those pesky whiteheads or small pimples.
I love that it is minty because it feels very refreshing and soothing on the skin.I felt like it help reduced the redness as well. The consistency is like a thick paste and it gradually blends out smoothly once on the face. I've seen this come in a tube package like shown above and also in a jar. Im not sure if I'm the only one with this issue but I find the tube a little inconvienents because I feel like theres still quite a lot of product inside once you've used half way and it starts getting difficult to squeeze out unlike a jar where you can easily scoop up the product. Other than that little con, I'm in love with this product!
Verdict:
yes

Gorgeous neutrals
November 9, 2012
CONS: Wish they would revamp the packaging for Naked 1, Pricey but I think its worth the buy!
I only have the NAKED 1 palette but I can say this much, that I love it it pieces. The thing with Urban Decay eye-shadows are how velvety they feel and it never skimps on the pigmentation so overall, these are pretty darn good quality. Originally I thought $50 for a palette was steep since I'm more of a "beauty on the budget" type of girl but one single eyeshadow from them costs around $18 alone while you have 12 in this palette making it less than $5 for each shade.
Verdict:
Yes!

Quality
November 9, 2012
QUICK TIPS:
It has an expandable flap on the inside to keep any loose papers
I have a couple of the plain moleskines for sketches and the ruled one for jotting down notes, lists, etc. I have to say these are very durable and excellent in quality right from the cover to the paper. I personally like to save my sketch books and journals so in the long run, I know these will last me a very long time so I don't have to worry about these getting ruined by pages coming off or the corners wearing off.
Verdict:
Yes

Mango-Madness
November 9, 2012
This smells incredibly yummy! I notice this one in particular gives my lips a slightly extra bit of shine compared to the the Burt's Bees lip balms I've tried so far. It really does its job with moisturizing my lips.
Verdict:
Yes, 100%

Simple
November 14, 2012
PROS: Its free!
Its a fun app to share photos on the go and I like the simple features of it from the usage to the filters. Its compatable with many photo editing apps and its so much fun to play/edit the effects when you combined them and Instagram together.
Verdict:
Yep!

Useful
November 14, 2012
For the most part, majority of the reviews are pretty acurate. Definitely do not trust every review/rating. I've had professors with bad ratings but turns out they actually weren't that bad as the reviews said (probably some students just ticked they didn't pass and decided to lash out, no joke). I could say the same for the high rated professors, where classes are easy A's and students praise the hell out them but in my opinion not too helpful either.

Yum!
November 14, 2012
These are surprisingly good! Being skeptic, I thought oh great, another product claiming to be "natural" but looking at the nutritional facts on the back and the ingredients, I was actually able to identify all the things listed rather than getting some scientific name of some substance I don't know. Has a good amount of crunch to it like a chip should. Its an A+ for me!
Verdict:
yes

Healthy hair
November 14, 2012
***This review is specifically about the hair oil of this line***
This is a cheaper alternative for the Moroccan oil people have been raving about and I think it works great! It keeps my hair looking healthy and the bottle lasts awhile too since since you don't need much per use. It does have a nutty smell, hence the macadamia. I think this one works just like the Organix Moraccan Argan oil and I might prefer that one a little more just because the scent of the macadamia is a little off but thats just my preference.
Verdict:
yes

Glowing skin
November 14, 2012
I was interested in trying a body scrub but couldn't find one so I opted for this, which is suppose to be a body wash and scrub combined.
As a body wash, this is excellent. I literally use a dime size and spread it on my loofah and get a full on rich lather, its amazing. As for the exfoliating part, I was expecting it to be a lot grittier but I barely felt any grains once this was on the sponge though I did notice my skin looking more radiant than usual. BUT, if you use this without lathering it on a sponge/loofah and apply it directly onto your skin, it actually does its job as an exfoliator. The grains in this scrub are made of rice beads and walnut shells in case anyone is curious. It smells pretty on cue to pomegranates, not an artificial smell in my opinion. Overall, very pleased with this body wash and its gentle on the skin.
Verdict:
yes

Sturdy
November 14, 2012
CONS: can leak
I really like the Camelbak water bottles as they're really durable and quite sanitary. You can take apart the drinking valve, straw, and cap for easy washing. They come in many colors and designs, I ended up with pink :) I also like how they have these measuring marks on the side so I can keep track of how ounces I've drank. I'm also glad I'm not the only one to notice this but there does seem to be a leaking issue but I've been trying to work around that small problem. Other than that, a good reusable water bottle.
Verdict:
yes

Too harsh
November 14, 2012
I use to think this worked really well for me until I heard that the shells in these could cause tearing and broken capillaries. Upon stopping, I notice my skin looking better so I guess this really did do some damage. I only used it once a week too. I really didn't know what to do with the rest once I stopped using it so I turned it into a foot scrub haha and it actually does a good job as one.
Verdict:
no

Delish!
November 15, 2012
A simple menu with simple ingredients which is why I love chopotle. Eveything just tastes so fresh especially seeing it being made right before your eyes. I like getting my customized burrito bowl and the chips and guac there and its really filling too!
Verdict:
yes

Iffy on this one
November 15, 2012
I have a bit of a love/hate with this product. For the most part, I like the precision I get and the pigmentation as I really get a true black color and not some washed out watery grey liner. Things I don't like is the patent finish it gives, I would prefer something a little more matte. This product also clumps around the edge of the cap. I'm not sure how to describe it but it but when the liner dries up, it has this weird gooey like crust it leaves behind??? I also kind of wish the felt tip was a little more dense and not so flimsy though that's just my personal preference. I know many who would prefer the more flexible tip so this would be great in that case.

Fun to use
November 15, 2012
I really like the fact that this mask can peel-off in one pull (well most of the time it does). To me, the scent isn't very cucumber-like, in fact its kind of bothersome to me to the point where its quite sharp and my nose gets that stingy sensation. The formula is a bit sticky which is kind of a hassle to wash off when you have access product on your fingers.

A good mix
November 15, 2012
This will be my second box and I am quite pleased with the contents. There were a couple items I just didn't care for or didn't work as well but nonetheless I was still happy with the box. I really enjoyed the Bath and Body Works mini candle and the Not Your Mother's hair cream. Though I didn't get the right pins for my hair color, they still worked out since they weren't noticeably sticking out.

One of my favorites
November 15, 2012
The RSVP pens are one of my favorites to write with. The ink is just right where its not too liquidy that it'll smell especially since I'm left-handed. I also get the fine point for these as well because I like the precision it gives. Comes in a variety of colors but I end up sticking with the classic black and blue ink, sometimes the green too.

Soft!
November 15, 2012
I wasn't expecting a lot out of these cookies but they actually turned out to be a real treat. They really are soft and it just melts in your mouth. My favorite kind is the chocolate almond. It has a good combination of the two so its not overly filled with one or the other ingredient. The size is pretty decent too so it makes a nice filling snack.

Nice define lashes
November 16, 2012
I love mascaras with the plastic bristle like this one because it does not clump up my lashes. They look very defined and it seperates each lash as the name implies "one by one". For me, I didn't get as much volume as I would've liked. On my lashes, this mascara goes on more natural looking even with multiple coats. Really enjoy this one for days I want a more natural look.

Dirt cheap!
November 16, 2012
CONS: Small color selection
I seriously am in love with this line of polish from WnW. The colors go on smooth and the big brush is really easy to work with. I also love how the tip of the brush is round because it helps give a better application around your cuticle area unlike your standard rectangular nail polish brush. I will say the lighter colors like "Sugar Coat" and "2 % Milk" are quite a pain in the a## to apply since they're really shear and quite thick but the other colors are great. For the price, I'm just amazed at the quality and I really hope they bring out more colors for this line.

I practically live here
November 16, 2012
I buy almost everything here. My groceries, clothes, makeup, furniture, and the list goes on. Almost all Targets I go to are pretty clean as well with things being organized and in their place, shopping carts aren't lying all over the pathway, and helpful employees. Prices aren't low as Wal-mart but they'll have good sales here and there. I recommend checking out the coupons on their website periodically.

Good combination
November 16, 2012
Whenever I'm in the mood for something sweet and chocolatey but not craving a full on chocolate bar, I think Twix does the job. You have your milky chocolate outer layer and then a crispy cookie biscuit in the middle topped with sweet caramel. Its just the perfect combo and I'll probably never get tired of eating these.

My favorite
November 16, 2012
I actually don't like peanut butter but when its combined with chocolate then I can eat it and Reese's is definitely one of my chocolate fixes. The two flavors balance each other out. You have the sweetness of the chocolate and the nutty/salty flavor of the peanut butter. Not the healthiest candy so its definitely a treat for me once in a while.

Hit and Misses
November 16, 2012
I've tried many products from TRESemme and a few work while another handful did not. The ones that did work for me were the Moisture Rich Shampoo/Conditioner. It make my hair feel clean as it really penetrates through my hair and the conditioner kept it very soft and smooth. I wanted to try more from the brand so I used a different shampoo/conditioner and this was their Thermal Recovery line thinking not much would change but oddly enough the formula for these were worst. It just made my hair feel very nappy and it just had ano overall weird feel after each use. As for the styling products, I'm not a huge fan. I feel like the product easily builds up and just not worth it in my opinion.

Good old ChapStick
November 18, 2012
For an inexpensive chapstick, these really do the job. I'm quite a lip balm junkie so I've accumulated quite a variety over the past years and even some of the high end ones don't feel like they do as good of a job as the ChapStick brand. MY favorite ones are the cherry and strawberry flavors. They add the most subtle touch of color on the lips while keeping them moisturized.

Horrible tip
November 18, 2012
For a $1 I decided to see how this worked out and the quality was quite impressive. It gave me a nice precise line all the while the color looking very rich and dark. The biggest con is the felt tip. This feathered out on me by the 5th time I used it and it was pretty much useless after that. Even though its at $1, I prefer spending the extra money getting something that isn't as disposable.

Meh, could be better
November 18, 2012
Its a pretty good search engine for what it is. I find the image search a lot better in Bing as it loads fast but I do notice it doesn't conjure up as many results as Google did. Didn't like the web search and map portion of Bing either. It just lacked certain details that I'm used to seeing in Google. Did happen to find some things Google didn't show but it still doesn't change my mind about how I feel with Bing.

Great brushes
November 21, 2012
PROS: Travel friendly
Another set of brushes from EcoTools and these do not disappoint. I originally bought these for the convenience of my makeup bag considering how small in size these brushes are, that they wouldn't take up much space and would be good for touch ups or a weekend out. I love this set so much, I use it for my everyday eye makeup now. My favorite of the bunch though is the large eyeshadow brush. Its perfect for sweeping your favorite "all over the lid" color without the need to blend out the edges, a lifesaver when I'm doing my makeup in a rush too.

Vampire Diaries
November 21, 2012
First time this premiered, I was pretty bias and thought it was going to be a bad version of Twilight in a TV series form but as the seasons progress, I was definitely wrong. This show has a lot of depth into the past and it all takes place in the infamous town of Mystic Falls. I also like how the supernatural beings aren't like the typical Hollywood versions...okay maybe a little buts its not overdone if you get where I'm going with this; I guess the best way to say it is the show has its own touch. The one bad thing about this show? Probably how fast they kill off a character but sometimes they make a reappearance.

Starting to like his music
November 21, 2012
This latest album is probably what has me growing on him. His voice has a more more sultry, sexy vibe versus his younger teen days and the songs on this album are a lot more fun and easy on the ears. Looks like he's growing up into a little Justin Timerberlake :p

Salt in a can
November 21, 2012
Gave this a try since I always see commercials blasting about this and I have to say it just didn't meet my expectations. For one, its quite salty and even diluting it with water just wasn't enough. There was just something lacking. I guess the only good thing is this is pretty low in calories but I'll just stick with homemade chicken noodle, more fresh.

Chewy
November 21, 2012
QUICK TIPS:
In asian markets, I even found some at my local Wal-Mart
These really are quite a chew, takes a bit to get through a piece haha but they're really tasty. They're kind of like Starbursts but not as tart and in my opinion, these are a lot juicier too. My favorite is green apple and if you're lucky, there's red apple which is rare to find. Some of the other flavors are a little off to me; I can't remember which one but it almost made me feel like I was chewing and tasting plastic...

Space saver!
November 23, 2012
I heard a lot about the Travalo via Youtube but never really cared for it since I usually buy travel size fragrances in the first place. It wasn't till I received one as a gift that I found how convenient this product was. I've been carrying smaller bags lately and this just saves so much space as well as not weighing down the bag. Its almost as small as the size of a lipstick. I'm also impressed that this is virtually leak-free considering the bottom is a hole; never had a spill/leak with this ever, though you might run into spillage with the initial process of filling up the tube but after its filled, you're good to go. I can't be the only one when I say this but the shape of it reminds me of a tampon lol. My number one tip with this is NOT to fill it all the way up. It'll make it easier on you if you're more likely to switch up scents. I can't really speak for the price as I was gifted this but if I were to need another one, I'd probably get it. Price is pretty hefty for such a small little guy but compared to other brands that have tried to re-create this, I've heard Travalo is still on top.

Great read!
November 28, 2012
I'm a sucker for dystopian literature and I think The Hunger Games Trilogy has done a good job at fulfilling it. Its an easy read and I really enjoy all the characters that the author portrays. I like how there is romance to the story but its not the main focus, rather the society they live in is and how they plan to live through it. It also gets my creative juices in the works as Collins makes it quite descriptive and detailed about certain things and its up to you to make what you read of it.

Oompa Loompa
November 30, 2012
Almost all of the products from Revlon's ColorStay line works for me and this powder did an okay job at keeping my super oily face matte. My main issue is the color not matching up as well. I had light/medium and it seemed too orange once I applied it. The shades in between were either too light or too dark so I didn't have any other color options. I only recently found out that they now have carry a translucent one but I don't think its enough to make me want to repurchase. Though it did keep my face matte longer than most powders, the lasting power isn't as long as it claims (16 hours). Not expecting it to last that long but it held up maybe an extra hour or 2 than your average press powder.

Cute and Feminine
November 30, 2012
Aerie has to be my favorite place for undies. They always have their 7 for $26 deal so price-wise, its easily accessible when I want to get more. I'm a little on the fence with their bras though. I've only tried 2 styles (Hannah and Ella) and they just don't give me the shape I like. I prefer light padding since I'm a little on the bustier side and even the light padded ones appear a little too perky for my taste. I've also tried their apparel and its definitely a hit/miss. Clothing size can be inconsistent and the quality on some of them isn't the greatest either. If you want to try anything here, I really recommended the undies over anything else.

Pretzel Heaven
November 30, 2012
Once in a while my friends and I like to go to Auntie Anne's for a quick snack and it sure hits the spot. We usually get a jalapeno pretzel or even better, their bucket of pretzel nuggets. Dip it in their cheese dip and its perfection haha! You get quite a lot for the pretzel nuggets so you might need to ask for two packs of dips.

Great daily moisturizer
November 30, 2012
I have this one in oatmeal and it works well as an everyday body moisturizer. I have a small case of eczema on my arms and I find this doesn't irritate it. Its a little more on the oily side but it doesn't make me feel greasy if that makes sense; I guess its just extra rich so it feels quite moisturizing. It doesn't have a strong scent, at least the oatmeal one doesn't and I like that so it doesn't overpower my perfume or give me a headache. Also found out on the bottle that this is formulated without parabens and phthalates. Its quite a big bottle (18 oz) and I only got it for $3 so its definitely affordable.

I just don't get it.
November 30, 2012
My friends love Vitamin water and I just don't get whats so great about it. I would've thought it had a good taste and having better health benefits hense vitamin but apparently this isn't even healthy in the first place with all the sugars in it. Sorry but this is just a plain NO in my book. I'll just stick to good ole plain water and my multi-vites.

Kissable lips
December 3, 2012
CONS: Expensive
I received the mini versions of from Sephora as a birthday freebie and I'm so glad because this stuff does wonders. It really hydrates my lips and I don't feel the need to reapply it as often. Even a day after of not having this on, I could tell a difference in my lips that they were more supple. The tinted version helps with it even more, and it gives my overall complexion a natural glow due to the hint of color. With that said, there are a couple of downfalls being the biggest and most obvious reason...the price. I'm trying to salvage as much of what I have left because I'm not sure I have the guts to purchase this at full price. The other issue is that it melts easily. These didn't do so well in the summer time...when I rolled this up and went to apply it, it partially snapped off the tube! I'm hoping they consider making this in a squeezable tube, heck even a jar form as much as I hate dipping my fingers into a product.

Palettes will vary
December 3, 2012
I own a few of these palettes and from what I can conclude, the payoff will vary for each. For the most part, the pigmentation is just okay. I couldn't do without a primer with these colors alone. Some of them come out really nice while others with no color payoff whatsoever. My favorite quad would be natural smokes. Its quite versatile for me since I can use the outer crease color as a brow filler. Packaging sucks on the other hand. The clear lid easily pops off and the arrangement of these shadows skimp you out on certain colors. If you had the old version of these you would know those were way better since the squares were all equal, giving you the same amount of color in each quad.

Best scrub!
December 3, 2012
Getting acne is no fun and even worst when left with acne scar/marks and I feel this scrub does the job at getting rid of the impurities that may have build up throughout the week. This scrub has very fine micro beads that make it good for daily use but I still feel a little more comfortable using it maybe 2-3 times a week. I'm left with smooth skin every time I use this and I also notice reduced redness as it claims due to the green tea as it helps soothe my skin.
Verdict:

Repin!
December 13, 2012
It's basically a virtual pinning board and you can pretty much "pin" anything you want. You can create seperate boards as well which comes in handy as it allows you to get more organized and categorize all of your pins. Its a great way to get inspiration/ideas from DIYs to baking, and so much more! I could spend hours repinning stuff and still not get bored so yes, it can be addictive.

Leftovers...
December 13, 2012
I'm not a huge Ross fan but when I do go there, its usually for home decor and room related accessories. I find some pretty interesting pieces for them time to time and the price is pretty justifiable for what it is. Occasionally I spot some really good deals on designer bags too. One thing I will have to say is it seems some of their stuff appears old and worn out, almost like its overstock from years ago. The place can be a bit messy but not unbearable or at least the ones in my area.

"Dirty Mouth?..Clean it up with orbit!"
December 13, 2012
Orbit is probably my second choice in gum in terms of taste. I prefer fruity gums and I think Orbit does a good job with creating different flavors in that category. If I do go for mint, its either wintermint or sweet mint. Whats fun about picking up a new pack of their gum is the designs/patterns they have on each one. I think it just makes it a little more fun and festive :)

Good for basics...
December 21, 2012
I think Old Navy is a great place to get basics like T-shirts, tanks, and for a SoCal like me...flip flops! BUT quality-wise I'm quite unimpressed. Clothing just seems to tatter within a month or two of wear. Sometimes I run into the issue of inconsistent sizing so this is definitely a place I cannot do online shopping on unless I've tried it in person beforehand. Prices can vary and some items I feel are overpriced from time to time. Would advise to get them during a sale.

My #1 drugstore
December 21, 2012
I love CVS as they always have good deals compared to other drugstores. Not to mention how awesome their ExtraCare program is. I love getting my ExtraBucks and as long as you know how to use them, you can save a lot. I've left CVS many times paying as little as a penny for items that cost over $10. Also for the beauty lovers, they have a seperate program for that as well equaling more savings. If you don't know, they usually come out with a bi-annual makeup clearance in stores where cosmetics are marked down as low as 75%. I just love CVS so much!

Easy food fix
December 21, 2012
Mac and cheese is probably my favorite comfort food. Its so yummy but probably bad in terms of carbs. Health aside, I would eat this everyday if I could. Very easy to make and fills me up too! Though I'm in my early twenties, I like to get the cartoon mac&cheese like Spongebob lol!

One of the best drugstore shadows!
December 24, 2012
I'm a big fan of Wet n Wild eye shadows and after trying these singles, that's what led me to try their trios, and palettes. These have a nice silky texture and without tapping my brush too hard, it already picks up quite a bit of color. Its probably one of the most if not, the most pigmented eye shadows I've come across in terms of drugstore brand and what makes it even better is its one of the more affordable ones as well. I do wish they had a bigger color selection, maybe they could make some of the palette colors into singles but other than that, definitely worth every buck. Even if you don't like it (don't know who would), you won't be left completely disappointed since they're so inexpensive!

Too scented
December 24, 2012
I think these CG powders are pretty standard. Fortunately I didn't encounter problems with color, my shade matched me well. Did find this to be a little cakey though as well as enhanching some dry areas on my face. I would've given this a B but the scent, oh gosh! I find it funny that its marked as fragrance-free because that is not the case at all. The smell is quite musky, almost like "that" artificial perfumey makeup scent.

Good for the price
January 7, 2013
CONS: A little drying
These lipsticks are as good as what you pay for them. I do enjoy these and they give great color payoff. I own Pink Please, which is a nice baby pink (discontinued) and Warm Me Up which is a nice warm pink. I usually have to prep my lips first with a balm as I find these a little too drying to use without. Though Warm Me Up does seem a lot creamier so sometimes I can get away without prepping. Lasting power seems average without any eating and such to smudge it. I remember when these first came out people were divided on the scent; half said these smelled like play-dough while the others said it smelled like sweet coconuts...that said, I always sniff one before I buy it.

Not like the original
January 7, 2013
I was hoping this would be similar to the original colossal and that this would add a more girly, cat eye effect but it didn't. For me, whenever I applied this, I would get that spikey lash effect and it didn't help my lashes considering they are sparse to begin with so they ended up looking clumped together. It didn't give me the same amount of volume like the original either. I did however find this good for lengthening and my bottom lashes but it did end up smudging by mid-day. Overall, this just didn't work in my favor, I'll be sticking to the original Colossal.
