"I Science things up"
I write as a hobby in a personal blog called The Hair Lab and it is a Hair & Science "centric" blog, but you can find a lot of different things there too.
My main interests are Curly Hair, Specialty Coffee and anything Beauty really. I wanted a place where I could share more than hair and this platform seemed like a good one to do so.
I love Star Wars, LOTR, GoT and The Expanse. I love skin care and hair care from a science point of view and of course I love beauty products. I love trying all sorts of craft beer. Tech aficionado Stem oriented kinda person.
If an overnight layover after a long flight is needed this is in my humble opinion the best hotel to stay at, great amenities to relax, overall good service, friendly and helpful personnel and the beds are the best!
Functional, convenient hotels generally close to the airport and with efficient shuttle services; reasonable rates, not a lot of amenities. What I like about these hotels is that they make the day before departure so so Easy and convenient.
I found this set perfect for the colder months, my favorite product was the hand cream, it kept my hands well moisturized, it came in a really cute box so it makes for nice gift either for yourself or others. As you can tell I like burt's bees other products as well. The lip balms are everything!
I know there are a lot of brands of thermal water to choose from but these is one of my top 3 ones and while the research detailing it's benefits has been published by the company itself, in my practical experience having sensitive skin it does help with inflammation and the reason why this one might be my favorite is also that asides from feeling good is easy on the bank balance too and you get a lot of sizes to choose from. I always buy the biggest!
This is a pretty good sunscreen for oily and acne prone screen. The SPF could be better but all in all is a good affordable product perfect for a summer with less breakouts. I have purchased it a couple of times and it works, quite well.
I found this serum excellent since I first tried it on a set. It does not cause breakouts and a little goes a long way. The packaging is quite nice and the bottle preserves the integrity of the serum. I can recommend this product for anyone who has concerns about fine lines & wrinkles specially around the neck & décolleté areas.
This set contains both a Serum and a cream. I tried both on my face and neck first but felt it was a bit too heavy on my face but I loved the combination once a day at night in my neck & décolleté area. My advice is try the serum 1st and then go for the cream if you find it is not enough. Specially if you have combination skin and younger than 35 years old. The serum for my neck is an absolute yes, of course topical products can ever do so much but I am positively impressed by the serum.
This is a very interesting rum, not my favorite rum, and on it's own nothing unique about it however it makes an excellent basis for anyone willing to experiment mixing drinks it does bring good memories from college.
We got this whisky as a gift from family, and it was pleasant enough. Easy on the palate but did not find it particularly special. Still not a bad idea for a gift. Might not suit my personal taste, but for blended whisky drinkers is an acceptable choice.
