I have been purchasing BioGaia for my little guy since he was about 2 weeks old on a recommendation from another mom in my weekly mom group. We were having lots of trouble with gas and spitting up frequently so we decided to try this out. It helped significantly in reducing baby's spitting up after breastfeeding. It also helped with baby's gas a bit, we still have lots of it, but he's better at passing it on his own now (at 4 months). I stopped using BioGaia for a week to see if he still needed it, and he started spitting up much more often and was being irritable from having a sour stomach. So we put him back on the drops and it helped out a lot. I find when the bottle is close to being empty, the drops are more difficult to administer, but otherwise I can get them in his mouth on the change table or I put them on his soother. I highly recommend BioGaia to any mom who's baby is struggling with gas and reflux.
I purchased this medicine to help my 2 month old (now 3 months) with gas cramps. I find that it took a while for the medicine to kick in, like a good 15 minutes to make him feel better, which can seem like hours when your baby is screaming in pain. I would often pair it with a more instant relief drop like homeocan's colic drops. I like these for longterm relief but definitely wish they also had an instant effect.
When my son isn't in cloth, these are the diapers that I trust for keeping him dry and comfortable. we've since graduated to the size 2 diapers. I usually upsize him early too as he's a little chubby baby. The only thing I don't like about Pampers diapers is the weird chemically smell that comes out when my baby pees in the diaper. I think it's from the wet notification line but i'm not sure.
I bought the Bumgenius Freetime diaper in the "love" pattern (which is super cute). Despite being a bit bulky on my 15lb boy, they do fit nice and trim and give him plenty of leg movement. They was really well and dry quickly. No leaks so far, not even a poop leak! I highly recommend these!
I really like these wipes as they're soft and don't have a toxic scent. They don't irritate my baby's skin either. I wish that they would be easier to pull out of the package however. They're better than other wipe brands when it comes to dispensing, but not perfect yet. I would still recommend these to my other mom friends. I received this product free in exchange for a review.
I was a little skeptical of trying dairy-free ice cream, but I really loved this product. I tried the So Delicious Coconut Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough frozen dessert and loved it! It was super refreshing. It felt clean eating it. I will be recommending this to my friends, especially those who are lactose intolerant or vegan!
I think I found my new favourite mascara! I love how easy it applies, the black is really, really black and it doesn't flake off during the day. I can go from 6am when I first apply it all the way to midnight + and it still looks perfect. I like that it's also easy to remove with eye makeup remover, you can actually see the fibers that make the mascara so great!
I will definitely be buying this one when I'm done with this tube. I got a free tube from Influenster for review purposes!
I really like this shampoo. The white grapefruit and mosa mint scent is lovely, not overpowering, and you don't need much to create a rich lather. I haven't noticed a huge difference in volume, but I let my hair air dry, so It probably works differently with a blow dryer. I'll try that next. I like that Herbal Essences is making an effort to reduce harmful chemicals in their products as well. I got this free from a BuzzAgent Campaign
I really liked this conditioner. It helped my dry, dead ends appear much softer and less frayed. Some days I didn't have to straighten the ends of my hair soften it out, it looked fine on its own. The conditioner is lightly scented the way I like, and applies nicely. I left mine on for a minute or two before rinsing out. I didn't regularly use the conditioner on my scalp only because it left my hair a little on the heavy/greasy side when I did. I just put it on from about ear level down to the ends instead. I would recommend the Head and Shoulders smooth and silky conditioner to friends and family. I got this product free from a BuzzAgent Campaign
I think the Head and Shoulders Smooth and Silky shampoo is just okay. It works about the same as other H&S products, but doesn't give your scalp that refreshing feeling that the original shampoo does. It seems very runny too. My hair does seem fuller, but I don't know if that's because I'm pregnant or because of the shampoo. Scent wise, I think it was good. I don't like my products to be overly perfume-y, and this one was perfect for scent. It did however help with itchy scalp and I haven't seen any dandruff on my shirts which is a plus. It did what it was supposed to do. I'd probably recommend it to friends who don't like the cooling feeling that the original gives your scalp. I got this free from a BuzzAgent campaign
